A compreensão do endividamento dos indivíduos está além da condição social apresentada, pois aborda aspectos comportamentais e muitas vezes dependem do ambiente onde vivem. Nesse sentido, torna-se relevante a compreensão dos fatores associados a propensão ao endividamento, pautados no aspecto comportamental das pessoas. Dessa forma, este trabalho teve como objetivo analisar o perfil financeiro e a relação da variável endividamento com as variáveis comportamento financeiro, autocontrole dos gastos e materialismo dos moradores do município de São José de Ribamar – MA. Para isso, foi aplicado questionário a 117 pessoas residentes no referido município que identificaram o perfil comportamental em relação às finanças, o autocontrole em relação aos gastos e o materialismo. Os resultados apontaram relação estatisticamente significativa entre o materialismo e endividamento, mas não apresentaram relação significativa do endividamento com comportamento financeiro, nem como autocontrole.
Este estudo tem como objetivo comparar a qualidade percebida das lojas do calçadão versus as lojas dos shopping centers na visão do consumidor brasileiro. Como ferramenta para coletar os dados, utilizou-se o Retail Service Quality (RSQ) estruturado em 28 (vinte e oito) perguntas, analisando os seguintes construtos: aspectos físicos, confiabilidade, interações pessoais, solução de problemas e políticas internas. Pretende-se ainda, em caráter experimental, identificar se a percepção de qualidade do consumidor em relação a um mesmo produto é alterada quando vendido em “praças” diferentes. Os resultados evidenciam que em média o shopping center tem mais características de qualidade em comparação com o calçadão. Segurança, climatização e entretenimento oferecido pelos shoppings são os principais diferenciais estratégicos na percepção de qualidade do consumidor, tornando-se vantagens estratégicas em comparação com os empresários do calcadão. Identificou-se ainda que a percepção de qualidade dos produtos vendidos em shopping center é maior do que os produtos vendidos no calçadão.
