La investigación se planteó con el fin de conocer la protección de los territorios PIACI (Pueblos Indígenas en Situación de Aislamiento y Contacto Inicial); así mismo, dentro del propósito se buscó garantizar los derechos fundamentales en la preservación de integridad física, territorial y cultura, proponiendo mejoras mediante las conclusiones. La investigación fue descriptiva simple, utilizando revisiones sistemáticas de investigaciones para analizar resultados, las mismas que se realizaron a nivel internacional y nacional referente a las variables. Entre los resultados destaca que las comunidades nativas carecen de un respaldo adecuado por parte del Estado, donde requiere su intervención para la titulación de las tierras, que asegure su preservación por la misma comunidad. Es preciso armonizar una relación fuerte entre el Estado y las poblaciones indígenas proporcionando estructuras necesarias para que la representación política de los indígenas esté garantizada en los marcos constitucionales y sobre todo para que puedan ser realidad los derechos, en el marco de la integridad física, territorial y cultura. Es preciso la intervención con los jóvenes de la localidad, ya muchos de ellos están perdiendo el interés e incluso a perder sus prácticas originarias, donde las diferencias de actuaciones y de comportamiento es marcada entre hombres y mujeres. Concluyendo que los territorios se encuentran en peligro de conservación, siendo necesario la intervención del Estado, priorizando la titulación de su territorio comunal, para así evitar la ocupación ilegal de su territorio.
