Amaç -Makalenin, etik girişimcilik üzerine ulusal ve uluslararası literatürdeki yayınlar incelenerek ilgili eserlere genel bir bakış sağlaması, ağ yapıları hakkında bilgi vermesi, alanda zamanla meydana gelen gelişme, değişimlerin izlenmesine olanak sunması ve girişimcilikte etik bilincinin yaygınlaşması için gelecek çalışmalara ışık tutması beklenmektedir.Yöntem -Ulusal düzeyde tüm zamanlar için Ulakbim, TR dizin veri tabanında, konu sekmesinde "girişimcilik" ve "etik" kelimeleri ile uluslararası düzeyde aynı mantıkla Web Of Science veri tabanında SCI, SSCI ve AHCI atıf indekslerinde konu sekmesinde aynı kelimelerin İngilizceleri kullanılarak ("entrepreneurship" AND "ethics") 2021 yılına kadar yapılan tarama sonucunda ulaşılan yayınlar incelenmiştir. Uluslararası yayınlar için VOS Viewer programı aracılığıyla sosyal ağ analizi yapılarak, kurum, yazar iş birlikleri haritalar halinde sunulmuştur. Çalışmada ulusal ve uluslararası yazında toplam 313 eser, nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden bibliyometrik atıf analizi tekniği ile incelenmiştir.Bulgular -Ulusal yazında, etik ve girişimcilik konusunun yeterince çalışılmadığı; uluslararası yayınlarda ise, 2013 ve sonrasında özellikle etik konusuna dergilerin yer ayırması, teknolojik gelişmeler gibi nedenlerle çalışma sayısında dikkat çekici bir artış bulgulanmıştır. Uluslararası literatürde yer alan çalışmalar ile karşılaştırıldığında ulusal literatürde konunun sosyal girişimcilik boyutunun ele alınmadığı dikkat çekmektedir. Uluslararası çalışmalara göre ulusal çalışmalara yapılan atıf sayısının oldukça düşük kalması farkındalık düzeyinin düşüklüğünü ortaya koymaktadır.Tartışma -Akademik camianın, ulusal ya da uluslararası yazında, etik girişimcilik konusunu, mikro, mezo ve makro seviyelerde araştırmaları aracılığıyla bilimsel verilerle desteklemesi ve gelişmesine katkıda bulunması gerekmektedir. Bu çalışmalar, örgütlere zorlu Kızıldeniz şartlarında sürdürülebilirlikleri için önemli bir unsur olan etik girişimciliğe odaklanmaları konusunda fayda sağlayacaktır.
