Le but de cet article est d’analyser le support du document dans une perspective informationnelle. L’auteure propose d’appliquer les éléments de la théorie du document élaborée par Niels Windfeld Lund au support du document et, par extension, de conclure que le support est aussi un document. Elle présente en conclusion les retombées possibles de cette réflexion dans un contexte de numérisation de masse. Le propos est illustré à l’aide de deux exemples de documents du XVIIe siècle sur support papier.The purpose of this article is to analyse the document support using an information perspective. The author applied the elements of the document theory put forward by Niels Windfeld Lund, with regard to the document support and concluded that the support is also a document. She ends with a discussion of the possible benefits when considering massive scanning of documents. Her idea is supported by two examples of 17th century paper documents.El propósito de este artículo consiste en analizar el documento de respaldo desde una perspectiva de la información. La autora propone aplicar los elementos de la teoría del documento elaborada por Niels Windfeld Lund como respaldo del documento y, de esta forma, llegar a la conclusión de que el documento de respaldo también es en sí mismo un documento. Presenta, a modo de conclusión, las posibles repercusiones de esta reflexión en un contexto de digitalización masiva. It is also a data base available through international online vendors and on CD-ROM. The SIRC publishes several bibliographic guides to sports and physical fitness literature. The Centre is active on the international scene through its membership in the International Association for Sports Information (IASI).
