Este estudo tem como objetivo realizar uma revisão bibliográfica acerca dos benefícios do aleitamento materno para a mulher e para o recém nascido. Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa de literatura, com abordagem qualitativa, realizada por meio da buscativa de artigos indexados na Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde (BVS), com o auxílio das seguintes bases de dados: Scientific Electronic Library Online (SCIELO), National Center for Biotechnology Information (PUBMED), Literatura Latino-Americana e do Caribe em Ciências da Saúde (LILACS). Os critérios de inclusão compreendem pesquisas de revisão da literatura disponíveis nos bancos de dados descritos, compreendidos entre os anos de 2015 a 2021. Como critérios de exclusão, não foram considerados artigos mediante a recompensação monetária, incompletos e não convergentes com este estudo. Após a aplicação dos critérios de inclusão e exclusão, restaram 12 artigos cientificos. Os resultados constata que, a prática do aleitamento materno é de fundamental importância para a mãe, a criança e a sociedade, devendo ser sempre incentivada e protegida. Constitui-se em uma sábia estratégia natural de vínculo, afeto, proteção e nutrição para a criança, gerando um grandioso impacto na promoção da saúde integral da dupla mãe/bebê e, consequentemente, na redução da morbimortalidade infantil e materna. Conclui-se que o leite materno é o alimento adequado para a criança tanto do ponto de vista nutritivo e imunológico quanto no plano psicológico, pois além de favorecer o vínculo mãe-filho, oferece os nutrientes que a criança necessita para iniciar uma vida saudável.
Objetivo: Compreender qual o papel dos profissionais de saúde da Atenção Primaria à Saúde frente aos cuidados paliativos? Método: O estudo trata-se, de uma revisão integrativa de literatura, com abordagem qualitativa, realizada por meio de revisão de artigos publicados em base de dados da Biblioteca Virtual da Saúde (BVS). Foram utilizados os seguintes descritores em base DeCS (Descritores em Ciências da Saúde): Cuidados Paliativos; Cuidados de Enfermagem; Atenção Primária a Saúde. Durante as buscas, foram encontrados 21 artigos, destes, 08 integraram ao estudo. Os critérios de inclusão foram pesquisas bibliográficas publicadas entre os anos de 2002 a 2021. Os critérios de exclusão foram artigos que não tivessem relevância a com temática do estudo. Resultados: Entende-se por qualidade de vida a possibilidade de autonomia em relação à tomada de decisões, bem como a minimização da dor e/ou de procedimentos invasivos que não possam modificar o processo de morrer com dignidade. Tendo em vista que os princípios dos cuidados paliativos são a oferta da qualidade de vida e controle da dor e sofrimento, compreende-se que a equipe multidisciplinar da Atenção Primaria à Saúde, precisa estar capacitada para proporcionar o atendimento paliativo humanizado no ambiente domiciliar do paciente. Conclusão: O presente alcançou com êxito os objetivos estabelecidos quanto as contribuições da equipe multidisciplinar da Atenção Primária à Saúde acerca do Cuidado Paliativo visando melhor qualidade assistencial e conforto ao paciente em sua fase terminal. Sendo assim, torna-se cada vez mais urgente a priorização dos cuidados paliativos pela Atenção Primaria à Saúde, possibilitando a organização, coordenação e assistência humanizada ao paciente em seu leito domiciliar.
Projeções da amigdala e o córtex cerebral, precisamente no córtex orbitofrontal, permitem a percepção e o sofrimento do medo, em outras palavras, a consciência do medo, o que não é observado em outros animais. Estudos realizados em animais, a estimulação da amigdala provocou estado de vigilância ou atenção aumentada, mesmo sem a presença de um estímulo externo ameaçador. Hamlet desenvolve uma consciência absoluta de seus pensamentos e com isso fica paralisado diante de a tomada de uma atitude. O objetivo deste ensaio teórico é realizar um panorama superficial sobre o medo na obra Hamlet, de William Shakespeare, sob a perspectiva da neurociência.
Objetivo: Mostrar sobre as atualizações desse campo de pesquisa nos últimos anos. Metodologia: trata-se de uma revisão narrativa que são publicações mais amplas. Foram realizadas buscas na base de dados Pubmed e na Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde (BVS). Utilizou-se os Descritores em Ciências da Saúde (DeCS) e Medical Subject Headings (MeSH): “Brain-Computer Interfaces”, “Nervous System”, “Cerebrum” e “Neurosciences.” Incluíram-se artigos publicados entre os anos de 2017 e 2022, em português e inglês e que abordassem avanços da interface cérebro-máquina. Resultados: Foram encontrados 17 artigos que se encaixaram nos critérios de inclusão, todos em inglês. As pesquisas demonstraram avanços significativos que podem ser empregados em processos de reabilitação física motora e sensorial. Conclusão: Verificou-se a aplicação de protocolos e métodos diferentes, o que pode ser um empecilho para a replicação de futuros estudos, no entanto também houve avanços no desenvolvimento de eletrodos biocompatíveis a partir de prolongamentos de axônios, que podem diminuir o processo inflamatório em implantes intracorticais e, observou-se, também, o aprimoramento de codificação e decodificação por métodos não invasivos acoplados em diferentes partes do corpo.
