RESUMOÉ recorrente, na literatura especializada em formação de professores, seja ela inicial ou continuada, a ideia de que é preciso formar docentes críticos e reflexivos, capazes de perceber, interpretar/analisar e modificar continuamente sua prática. A intenção de se formar professores-investigadores, solicita de um curso de Licenciatura uma mobilização curricular que permita a integração de aspectos frequentemente observados de maneira dissociada, como é o caso da relação entre teoria e prática, âmbito de produção do conhecimento (as universidades) e o âmbito prático educativo (as escolas) e entre ensino e pesquisa. Nesse sentido, o objetivo deste texto é apresentar e fundamentar o trabalho que temos desenvolvido na coordenação e docência de um curso de Pedagogia, ou seja, na sua mobilização curricular, de modo a oferecer espaço educativo para que futuros docentes possam, no decorrer mesmo da licenciatura, experimentar, no concreto, ações pedagógicas que já contam com a participação efetiva de crianças também concretas e singulares. A metodologia utilizada foi a participativa que envolve ação-reflexão-ação. Concluímos que só pode ser um professor investigador aquele que sempre (re)aprende a dividir com as crianças, reais e singulares, a responsabilidade de uma construção pedagógica. Quando nos dispomos, na formação inicial, a relacionamentos com crianças que, na verdade, são as mesmas que frequentam as escolas da qual tanto falamos no meio acadêmico, conseguimos “mapear” seus conhecimentos, habilidades, preferências, medos etc., e, assim, revisar nossos e propostas didáticas, assumindo-as, verdadeiramente, como parceiras de nosso trabalho.
