RESUMO
ABSTRACTThe article aims to explain the complex dynamics of the construction of interdisciplinary projects developed in municipal schools, focusing on the Initial Years of Elementary Education of Basic Education, carried out by scholars of the Institutional Program of Initiation to Teaching Scholarship (Pibid) of the Federal University of Pelotas (UFPel). The interdisciplinary actions were planned weekly, under the guidance of an area coordinator in the schools where Pibid works, with the presence of Pibid supervisors and scholarship students from different areas of knowledge. As a methodology, on-site visits were carried out in schools, during which we collected data with the interdisciplinary group, made observations on the process of project design, collected evaluations of what had already been done, and researched the reports prepared by the groups. We found that many were the differences and similarities between the groups organized in each school, as well as the difficulties and obstacles encountered throughout the process. We infer that the collective work, under the interdisciplinary logic, has caused great impact in the initial formation, promoting a new look on the processes of teaching and learning.
