Objetivo: Identificar, nas evidências científicas, os cuidados dos enfermeiros da unidade de terapia intensiva para o manejo dos pacientes submetidos à hemodiálise. Metodologia: Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa que ocorreu entre os meses de fevereiro a maio de 2022, através das bases de dados Scientific Electronic Library Online (SciELO), Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde (BVS), Ciências da Saúde da América Latina e Caribe (LILACS) e National Library of Medicine (PUBMED/MEDLINE), com os descritores em ciências da saúde “assistência de enfermagem/ Nurse Care”, “hemodiálise/ Renal dialysis”, “injúria renal aguda/ Acute Kidney Injury” e “unidade de terapia intensiva/ Intensive Care Units”. Resultados: A amostra foi composta por 10 artigos das diferentes bases de dados que envolveram as seguintes temáticas: Cuidados de Enfermagem pré - hemodiálise, Intra – dialíticos e pós – hemodiálise. Conclusão: O presente estudo possibilitou a identificação dos cuidados de enfermagem para o manejo do paciente hemodialítico na Unidade de terapia intensiva, tais cuidados garantem ao profissional enfermeiro autonomia, tomada de decisão e prestação de uma assistência segura frente ao manejo da hemodiálise. Salienta-se a necessidade de mais evidências científicas que abordem o tema do processo de hemodiálise nos momentos pré, intra e pós hemodiálise.
