Currently, a person residing in Peru generates a kilo of waste, which is quantified and treated by district municipalities. However, it is important to emphasize that the responsible parties do not take advantage of everything collected. Therefore, it is proposed to use this Integrated Sustainable Model, as its main objective is to take advantage of all the potential obtained through organic waste collected from district markets. As a result of the proposal described previously, a model consisting of 5 main components or modules is designed. In the first, mention is made of production, in the second of logistics, in the third of maintenance, in the fourth of Plant Redistribution and finally in the fifth component of Energy Distribution. It is important to detail that with the implementation of this proposed model, 37.5% of municipal waste collected from the markets has been used. Likewise, the routing time to obtain the raw material is reduced by 50%; That is the waste. Also, the availability of the motorcycle van is increased by 3%. In addition, 95% of the space designated for the cargo obtained from waste collection is used. Finally, efforts between the areas established for the district organic waste treatment process are reduced by 45%.
