Fibromyalgia (FM) is a painful syndrome characterized by generalized chronic pain, fatigue, morning stiffness, headache, and sleep disorders. Comorbidities such as anxiety and depression are also associated. Physiotherapy acts in this syndrome, mainly aiming at improving symptoms and quality of life.
