Os Programas de Residências Multiprofissionais na área da saúde, foram criados por meio da Portaria nº 2.117, de 03 de novembro de 2005, em complementação a Lei nº 11.129 de 30 de junho do corrente ano. O processo de formação em serviço, vem trabalhando na perspetiva de consolidar e reafirmar os princípios organizativos do Sistema Único de Saúde, proporcionando qualificação profissional, dentro da perspectiva de direitos, mesmo em um cenário de intensas reformas do Estado. Desse modo, o escopo da presente pesquisa, visa trazer uma breve caracterização dos/das residentes entrevistados/as, além de tentar compreender como se dá a percepção destes profissionais a respeito das experiências vivenciadas no cenário de prática, relacionadas a condução da Política Nacional de Atenção Básica, enquanto fomento às práticas de direito ou benesse. Assim, para darmos concretude ao estudo, foi realizado uma pesquisa de campo, de cunho qualitativo e de caráter descritivo, a fim de interpretar os determinantes que nortearam o assunto a ser tratado, além de fazer um estudo bibliográfico referente às temáticas abordadas. A entrevista, do tipo estruturada, foi realizada com os/as residentes das turmas 2021.1-2022.1 totalizando 26 entrevistados/os. A pesquisa demonstra que apesar dos desafios postos pelas práticas de benesse e de compadrio nos cenários de prática, os/residentes, conseguem compreender a importância que as intervenções realizadas com os usuários da política nacional de atenção básica brasileira devem seguir a linha de viabilização e garantia de direitos.
The article reports research developed in a Psychosocial Care Center for Alcohol and Drugs aimed to know under what circumstances the demand for treatment and the motivations and expectations that involve this process occur. Qualitative research used a semi-structured form in ten interviewees. The results indicated a strong family influence on motivation, both in search and adherence to treatment. Fragile health, violence experienced in their daily lives and the desire for change were also other circumstances indicated as motivation for the search for treatment. The expectations mentioned are related to the desire to abandon drug use and to (re) build relationships with family and work. It is concluded that the circumstances, motivations and expectations evidenced, and that involve the search and permanence in this service, request open doors, commitment to the user's participation and protagonism in care; investments in their autonomy, self-esteem and the recovery of their roles within the family, work and community.
RESUMO -O atendimento a gestantes durante o pré-natal, realizado na Atenção Primária à Saúde, tem se tornado um potente espaço de atuação do assistente social inserido em equipe multiprofissional. A possibilidade de inserção não está inteiramente efetivada e reconhecida pelos profissionais da equipe de saúde e até mesmo pelos profissionais de serviço social. Objetivo: o estudo buscou compreender a importância do assistente social durante o atendimento a gestantes de alto risco e risco habitual na Atenção Primária à Saúde (APS). Método: Trata-se de uma pesquisa de campo, com recorte transversal, do tipo descritiva e com abordagem quanti-qualitativa. Foram aplicados questionários distintos, para dois grupos de pessoas, sendo o primeiro formado por 05 (cinco) profissionais de saúde atuantes numa Unidade Saúde da Família e o segundo grupo formado por 12 (doze) mulheres em acompanhamento pré-natal. O instrumental utilizado foi a entrevista semiestruturada (presencial). Resultados: Os profissionais entrevistados afirmaram adotar em sua rotina, o atendimento multiprofissional e a consulta compartilhada com os profissionais de Serviço Social, trato que todos consideraram importante a presença desse profissional tanto nas consultas de pré-natal, como também, em outras consultas. Nos dados obtidos através do questionário aplicado ao grupo das gestantes, foi constatado que todas as entrevistadas, tiveram um assistente social em suas consultas, e afirmaram que isso trouxe algum diferencial para a no atendimento prestado na unidade de saúde, ocasionando assim, uma melhor qualificação na assistência. As gestantes enfatizaram a importância da escuta qualificada, do acolhimento e da dimensão educativa do assistente social como pontos positivos nesses atendimentos. Conclusão: Conclui-se que foi possível refletir sobre o processo de trabalho do assistente social nas consultas de pré-natal, reconhecendo que de fato, é um espaço que requer e necessita desse profissional.
