El objetivo de ésta investigación, es identificar las necesidades de información de los procesos de evaluación financiera de los presupuestos de proyectos de inversión, mediante la aplicación de la técnica de encuestas, con la finalidad de proponer una metodología adecuada para el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje de la aplicación de los criterios de evaluación financiera. Se aplica el método de aprendizaje basado en estudio de casos, el método deductivo e inductivo, el enfoque de la metodología desarrollada es cuantitativa – descriptiva y la modalidad de investigación es de tipo bibliográfica. Los resultados son obtenidos a través del programa estadístico “SPSS” en la cual se obtienen las frecuencias y los coeficientes de correlación de las variables de Pearson y Spearman, cuya significia se intepreta de manera satisfactoria debido que la hipótesis es positiva, por ello, se propone una metodología que favorezca el proceso enseñanza – aprendizaje, respecto al cálculo de criterios de evaluación financiera.
Las organizaciones requieren un monitoreo permanente de sus actividades económicas y financieras, las que se pueden realizar mediante la revisión constante de la información plasmada en los estados financieros, aunque resultan insuficientes para brindar al administrador los elementos necesarios para realizar una buena gestión. Para ampliar la visión de la información financiera existe el análisis financiero con su variedad de herramientas como los indicadores financieros, entre los que se encuentran los indicadores de Gestión, Utilidad, Eficiencia, Rotación o Actividad. El objetivo planteado consistió en la propuesta de una visión ampliada de los indicadores de gestión proponiendo dos perspectivas de aplicación, una retrospectiva y otra prospectiva. Para la visión retrospectiva se propuso un diseño de matriz de interpretación de resultados que sirva como elemento de apoyo al momento de tomar decisiones; mientras que para la visión prospectiva se propuso indicadores que permitieron brindar una aproximación a los requerimientos futuros de inversión en activos de una organización en proceso de iniciar operaciones. Se aplicó la matriz de interpretación a un caso ilustrativo útil y resultó adecuada, comprobando su fácil manejo a la hora de integrar la información e interpretar los resultados. Se logró probar la aplicación de las dos visiones y resultó favorable y muy útil recomendando su utilización. Este artículo tiene el objetivo principal de demostrar la existencia o no, de la hipótesis de la curva ambiental de Kuznets (CAK) en forma de U invertida en los países de la Alianza del Pacífico. Se consideraron los cuatro países que conforman el bloque comercial como ámbito de estudio, aplicando herramientas metodológicas como, los modelos Autorregresivos de Rezagos Distribuidos (ARDL). Se estimaron las relaciones existentes entre el crecimiento económico, como variable independiente, y las emisiones de CO2, como variable dependiente, en el corto y largo plazo. El periodo de análisis comprendió una serie de tiempo desde el año 1991 hasta el 2017. Se consideraron cinco variantes de los modelos propuestos incluyendo variables como: la población, la inversión extranjera directa (IED), el desempleo, el coeficiente de Gini y las exportaciones de bienes y servicios. El principal aporte de esta investigación radica en presentar la relación existente entre las principales variables de crecimiento económico y las emisiones de CO2 en los miembros de la alianza económica, en donde, México evidenció un mayor cumplimiento de la hipótesis de la curva ambiental de Kuznets de acuerdo a los datos analizados en el periodo de estudio.
