In Ecuador, agriculture plays an important role in its economic development, which is closely related to the change of the productive matrix and consequently to its production chains. This emergence has made agriculture one of the main sources of income for rural populations in the country. The Altar, is a rural parish of Ecuador, belonging to the Penipe canton of the province of Chimborazo, due to its geographical location, has several climates that facilitate the development of agriculture, especially a large part of its population is dedicated to the cultivation of Blackberry. Thus, based on the current territorial model: from a purely production approach, a proposal for a management model is designed, which aims to: improve agricultural production, generate added value to the production of arrears and introduce new ones Markets for marketing.
