Introdução: As fraturas nasais são as mais frequentes nos traumas faciais, principalmente devido a projeção óssea de menor espessura, sendo o terceiro osso do sistema esquelético humano mais fraturado. Colisões de menores forças nessa área podem resultar em fratura do osso nasal, enquanto de maiores, é mais provável as fraturas cominutivas, podendo gerar, consequentemente, problemas funcionais bem como deformidades estéticas. Seu diagnóstico é realizado através dos exames clínicos e imaginológicos. O exame mais indicado é a tomografia computadorizada, que oferece uma melhor visualização e avaliação do traço de fratura, assim, possibilitando um melhor planejamento cirúrgico. Objetivo: Relatar um caso clínico de agressão física na qual o paciente sofreu fratura nasal, discutindo o diagnóstico e a abordagem corretiva para solução do mesmo. Relato de caso: Paciente D.S.S, o tratamento foi realizado após 6 dias do ocorrido, com reposicionamento e fixação do osso fraturado, através do uso de fórceps ortopédico, tamponamento nasal anterior por 2 dias, e curativo gessado em dorso nasal por 14 dias com o paciente sob efeito de anestesia geral. Conclusão: o diagnóstico e planejamento para abordagem das fraturas nasais são fatores consideráveis na escolha da melhor técnica, assim podendo se obter um resultado final satisfatório do ponto de vista funcional e estético.
