Este texto tem como objetivo realizar um relato de experiência de uma residente de psicologia do Distrito Federal na condução participante de um grupo de saúde mental com servidores de uma UBS. A infecção pelo COVID-19 iniciou-se em dezembro de 2019, sendo decretado estado de pandemia em março de 2020. Com a disseminação dos casos no distrito federal, verificou-se a importância de criar um grupo de apoio a saúde mental dos servidores de um UBS. O grupo foi composto apenas por mulheres, de forma semanal, com duração de uma hora. Foi percebido que os principais temas abordados pelas participantes foram: o Distanciamento social dos familiares e pessoas significativas; ser profissional de saúde durante uma pandemia; principais sentimentos dos profissionais de saúde relacionados a pandemia; apoio mútuo dos profissionais da UBS. Pode-se perceber que pelo relato das participantes e pela experiência das residentes, foi de grande importância o desenvolvido do grupo no cuidado da saúde mental desses profissionais. Foi possível oferecer um espaço de escuta, acolhimento, e reflexão para os participantes. Sendo importante que estratégias como essa e outras sejam adotadas no cuidado da saúde mental dos profissionais de saúde.
A princípio, cogitar a possibilidade de atuação conjunta dos cuidados paliativos em uma Unidade de Terapia Intensiva parece algo fantasioso e idealizado. Porém, existem diversas possibilidades e vantagens de atuação em conjunto dessas duas equipes, em um cenário onde deve haver equilíbrio entre indicação para medidas curativas e paliativas. O objetivo principal deste estudo foi verificar a percepção dos profissionais de saúde sobre a atuação da equipe interconsultora. Como metodologia utilizou-se o método de pesquisa transversal, descritiva, qualitativa, com aplicação de entrevista semiestruturada individual e análise de dados através da análise de conteúdo. Ao todo, 11 profissionais da saúde participaram da pesquisa. Ao realizar a análise das entrevistas, foram evidenciadas seis categorias principais que perpassam desde a compreensão dos indivíduos sobre o conceito de cuidados paliativos até a percepção dos profissionais diante da atuação da equipe interconsultora. Foi possível observar que os participantes classificaram como importante o papel de atuação desta equipe, apresentando, inclusive, um bom nível de conhecimento sobre cuidados paliativos. Um exemplo foi a oferta de informações sobre cuidados paliativos por parte dos profissionais que compõem a equipe. Concluiu-se, que de maneira geral, as intervenções e orientações realizadas pela equipe interconsultora de cuidados paliativos são construídas em conjunto com os demais profissionais da unidade, e tendem a ser seguidas por estes.
O presente projeto foi elaborado no mês de maio de 2020 e teve como objetivo apresentar a confecção de um material educativo que tem como finalidade orientar os usuários da atenção básica do Distrito Federal a respeito das medidas de prevenção da COVID-19 e instruir a população sobre estratégias para manter a saúde mental em período de pandemia e quarentena domiciliar. Constitui-se como uma construção dialógica que foi elaborada virtualmente em forma de folder, sendo desenvolvida pelos residentes e preceptoras doPrograma de Residência Multiprofissional em Saúde do Adulto e do Idoso - PRMSAI. Observa-se que o uso das tecnologias em saúde compreende, atualmente, uma ferramenta inovadora que vem apresentando crescente adesão pelos profissionais de saúde, como estratégia de educação popular, promoção da saúde e do autocuidado. Destarte, almeja-se que o referido material seja utilizado na versão digital ou impressa, como forma de disseminar a informação e orientar a população de modo geral que acessa os serviços de saúde.
