Objetivo: Descrever as evidências científicas que abordam o perfil de atendimento dos serviços de urgência durante a pandemia da COVID-19 no Brasil. Métodos: Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa. O levantamento bibliográfico foi realizado de setembro a outubro de 2022, nas bases de dados: National Library of Medicine National Institutes of Health (PubMed), Scientific Eletronic Library Online (SciELO) e na Biblioteca Virtual de Saúde (BVS). Após a busca e análise dos artigos, foram selecionados 10 estudos. Resultados: Não houve mudança significativa na faixa etária dos usuários. A maioria dos estudos relatam maior atendimento a pessoas do sexo feminino, não havendo alteração no perfil de sexo quando relacionado ao período pré-pandemia. Apesar da diminuição no número de atendimentos, houve aumento proporcional de casos graves no pronto-socorro, concomitante a maiores taxas de internação, tempo e complicações pós-operatórias. Houve diminuição dos casos de infecção do trato gastrointestinal, pielonefrite obstrutiva aguda e conjuntivite. Por fim, houve aumento de casos de traumas domésticos e queixas respiratórias. Considerações finais: Destaca-se a necessidade de mais pesquisas sobre a temática abordada e espera-se que os resultados dessa pesquisa tragam à tona uma análise sobre os atendimentos realizados nos serviços de emergência durante a pandemia da COVID-19.
Sinais vitais (SSVV) são sinais clínicos inerentes ao exame físico do paciente, que permitem avaliar as funções fisiológicas básicas do corpo humano. Com a evolução desses prognósticos, tanto no âmbito científico quanto no âmbito tecnológico, nota-se a necessidade de uma pesquisa contemporânea no que tange a mensuração da frequência respiratória. No atual cenário de propagação pandêmica do COVID-19, pode-se notar uma maior necessidade dessa avaliação ser ainda mais precisa. A pesquisa tem como objetivo a criação de um aparelho seguindo o modelo FLOW, que possibilite o estudo e medição dos parâmetros respiratórios de indivíduos voluntários saudáveis ou com patologias respiratórias sendo, asma, bronquite, doença pulmonar obstrutiva crônica (DPOC) e pneumonia focos dos testes. Os resultados poderão ser avaliados pelo profissional de saúde através de um banco de dados, no qual o aparelho será conectado em uma rede vinculada.
