ResumoO presente ar go tem por obje vo relatar a experiência de uma psicóloga em um Programa de Residência Mul profi ssional a par r de sua inserção no Núcleo de Apoio a Saúde da Família (NASF), no município de Horizonte, CE. O obje vo é apresentar as ações desenvolvidas pela profi ssional residente em psicologia, de 2014 a 2016, e os desafi os enfrentados na consolidação de prá cas de base comunitária e territorial na Estratégia de Saúde da Família, a par r de três momentos: a) territorialização como estratégia estruturante de construção de agenda e ações em saúde com foco nas necessidades da população a par r de ofi cinas de planejamento par cipa vo; b) execução das ações planejadas com foco na problema zação dos processos de trabalho e c) potências e fragilidades desse processo. Como conclusão, apontamos a necessidade de se pensar novas formas de fazer da psicologia na Estratégia de Saúde da Família para além das suas prá cas tradicionalmente esperadas. En este texto presentamos una aproximación al concepto de autonomía aplicado al campo de la salud mental tomando como marco la “Guía para la gestión autónoma de la medicación” (GAM) y su despliegue en Brasil y España. La estrategia GAM plantea una comprensión de la autonomía alejada de una visión individualista para aproximarse a una perspectiva social y colectiva. En este artículo vamos a evidenciar los posibles desplazamientos y las tensiones generadas, así como los efectos de autonomización que conlleva su implementación en salud mental. En la experiencia brasileña, se observa ese desplazamiento desde el lugar del saber-poder, propio de los profesionales, mientras la experiencia española muestra cómo la adaptación de la herramienta parte de la necesaria implicación de los profesionales, de los usuarios/as, sus familias y su red social en un proceso conjunto de trabajo y cuidado colectivo.
Transexuais e travestis são apontadas como um dos grupos que mais sofrem com o preconceitopor subverterem a heterossexualidade compulsória, como também os padrõesde masculinidade e feminilidade vigentes. Entre as violências enfrentadas estão a faltade acesso aos serviços de saúde e atendimentos inadequados decorrentes do preconceitodos profi ssionais que atuam no Sistema Único de Saúde, apesar da saúde integral,equânime e com garantia de acesso a todos os níveis de atenção ser um direito garantidoa todos os cidadãos em Constituição Federal desde 1990. Outras políticas transversais,como a Política Nacional de Humanização de 2003 e a Política Nacional de Saúde Integralde Lésbicas, Gays, Bissexuais, Travestis e Transexuais de 2010, apesar de terempor objetivo qualifi car o atendimento em saúde – e, no segundo caso, especifi camente àpopulação LGBT – ainda há disparidade no atendimento para determinados grupos quese encontram em situação de desigualdade. Diante de tantas controvérsias, o objetivodeste artigo é discutir o acesso da população de travestis e transexuais aos serviços públicosde saúde na de cidade Fortaleza, Ceará. O aporte teórico-metodológico da TeoriaAtor-Rede (TAR) foi utilizado de modo a compreender a rede de actantes (humanos enã o-humanos) em interação que produzem, como um dos efeitos, a limitação no acessoà saúde pelas pessoas trans. Concluímos que uma das controvérsias centrais envolvidasno atendimento de travestis e transexuais é a limitação das suas necessidades ao campoda DST/Aids, como um processo de repatologização das sexualidades dissidentes.
