Biology Learning Media Based on Mobile Learning is important to be developed to fulfill student’s need in industrial revolution 4.0. This study aims to determine the effect of using Biology Learning Media Based on Mobile Learning on high school students' learning interest and the creative thinking ability in Masohi City. This research is a quasi experiment with the design of Pretest-Posttest Non-Equivalent Control Group. The samples are SMA Negeri 1 Masohi and SMA Negeri 2 Masohi. The result of this study shows that there is an effect of the use of Biology Learning Media Based on Mobile Learning on learning interest and creative thinking abilities of high school students in Masohi City. Related to the results of this study, it is recommended for high school biology teachers in Masohi City to use Biology Learning Media Based on Mobile Learning in class because it gives meaningful practical experience so that students' interest in learning and creative thinking skills can be improved. Abstrak: Media pembelajaran biologi berbasis mobile learning penting dikembangkan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan siswa seiring perkembangan revolusi industri 4.0. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan media pembelajaran biologi berbasis Mobile Learning terhadap minat belajar dan kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa SMA di Kota Masohi. Penelitian ini termasuk quasi eksperiment dengan rancangan Pretest-Postest Non-Equivalent Control Group. Sampel penelitian adalah SMA Negeri 1 Masohi dan SMA Negeri 2 Masohi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh penggunaan media pembelajaran berbasis Mobile Learning terhadap minat belajar dan kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa SMA di Kota Masohi. Terkait dengan hasil penelitian ini, maka disarankan untuk guru-guru biologi SMA di Kota Masohi agar lebih sering menggunakan media pembelajaran berbasis Mobile Learning dalam pembelajaran di kelas karena melalui pembelajaran tersebut siswa memperoleh pengalaman praktek yang berarti (meaningful) sehingga minat belajar dan kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa dapat ditingkatkan. This research was conducted based on the results of initial observations through interviews with Biology subject teachers for class X at Trana Christian High School, it was found that the implementation of the 2013 curriculum in schools had not been going well, because teachers often used lecture methods, and discussions in the learning process . This affects the analytical thinking ability of students. The purpose of this study was to determine the analytical thinking ability of students of class X MIA Christian High School Trana through Process Oriented Guided Inquiry Learning (POGIL) and Discovery Learning on the Classification of Living Things. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research, with the research subjects are all students of class X MIA Christian High School Trana, totaling 23 people. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation sheets, tests, questionnaires, and documentation.The results showed that the analytical thinking skills of 23 students of class X MIA Christian High School Trana through the integration of POGIL learning and Discovery Learning obtained an average total score presentation of 80% of students in the good category, and 20% in the fairly good category. Penelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan hasil observasi awal melalui wawancara dengan guru mata pelajaran Biologi kelas X di SMA Kristen Trana diketahui bahwa, penerapan kurikulum 2013 di sekolah belum berjalan dengan baik, dikarenakan guru sering menggunakan metode ceramah, dan diskusi dalam proses pembelajaran. Hal ini berpengaruh pada kemampuan berpikir analisis peserta didik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kemampuan berpikir analisis peserta didik kelas X MIA SMA Kristen Trana melalui pembelajaran Process Oriented Guided Inquiry Learning (POGIL) dan Discovery Learning pada materi Klasifikasi Makhluk Hidup. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualititatif, dengan subjek penelitian adalah seluruh peserta didik kelas X MIA SMA Kristen Trana yang berjumlah 23 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah lembar observasi, tes, penyebaran angket, dan dokumentasi. Hasil Penelitian menunjukan bahwa kemampuan berpikir analisis dari 23 peserta didik kelas X MIA SMA Kristen Trana melalui integrasi pembelajaran POGIL dan Discovery Learning memperoleh rata-rata presentasi skor total peserta didik 80% dengan kategori baik, dan 20% berada pada kategori cukup baik.
This study aims to describe the effectiveness of using smartphone-based learning media on ecosystem materials in developing students' environmental care attitudes. The population of this study were students of class X SMA Negeri 1 Seram Utara Barat even semester 2019/2020 academic year. The number of students was 24 people. This research includes pre-experimental research using the One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Learning using smartphone-based media is carried out four times face to face and one time giving the final test (posttest). The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire for students' environmental care attitudes. The results showed that the effectiveness of the use of smartphone learning media on ecosystem material from the average value of the questionnaire for environmental care attitudes of students reached 80 in the cultural category. The N-gain calculation is 0.60 in the medium category. The Paired Sample T-test resulted in a significance level of 0.00 <0.05 (effective). This shows that between the pre-test before using smartphone learning media on ecosystem material and the post-test after using smartphone learning media experiences a significant difference. Based on the results of several tests it is concluded that smartphone learning media on ecosystem material is effective in developing environmental care attitudes of SMA Negeri 1 students. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan keefektifan dari penggunaan media pembelajaran berbasis smartphone pada materi ekosistem dalam mengembangkan sikap peduli lingkungan siswa. Populasi penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Seram Utara Barat tahun ajaran 2019/2020 semester genap. Jumlah peserta didik sebanyak 24 orang. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian pra-eksperimental menggunakan One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Pembelajaran menggunakan media berbasis smartphone dilaksanakan empat kali tatap muka dan satu kali pemberian tes akhir (posttest). Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah angket sikap peduli lingkungan siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keefektifan penggunaan media pembelajaran smartphone pada materi ekosistem dari nilai rata – rata angket sikap peduli lingkungan peserta didik mencapai 80 dengan kategori membudaya. Perhitungan N-gain adalah 0,60 dengan kategori sedang. Uji Paired Sample T-test memperoleh hasil tingkat signifikansi 0,00 < 0,05 (efektif). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa antara pre-test sebelum menggunakan media pembelajaran smartphone pada materi ekosistem dan post-test setelah menggunakan media pembelajaran smartphone mengalami perbedaan yang signifikan Berdasarkan hasil beberapa uji disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran smartphonepada materi eksosistem efektif dalam mengembangkan sikap peduli lingkungan siswa SMA Negeri 1 Seram Utara Barat.
