A natureza dos jogos sérios, especialmente aqueles de caráter empático, requer uma abordagem sociotécnica para seu design e desenvolvimento. Nesse sentido, é importante que existam estudos e artefatos úteis para o design de soluções computacionais. Este artigo apresenta um conjunto de quatorze diretrizes para o design de jogos empáticos. As diretrizes foram concebidas a partir de estudos na literatura de jogos, bem como por meio da experiência de designes do grupo de pesquisa e de jogadores que interagiram com cinco dos jogos empáticos aqui considerados. Os comentários desses jogadores sobre tais jogos foram extraídos da plataforma Steam e trazem tendências relacionadas à jogabilidade, narrativa, gráficos, cores e trilha sonora dos jogos e enriqueceram o conjunto de diretrizes.
RESUMO-O trabalho analisa de forma numérica a transferência de calor e o movimento do ar em sala de aula de uma escola pública na cidade de Cuiabá. A avaliação numérica dos fenômenos permitiu analisar, a efetividade da ventilação e da troca de calor na sala de aula. As equações utilizadas nas simulações numéricas foram a equação da continuidade, quantidade de movimento, energia e turbulência disponíveis no software ANSYS/FLUENT. Nas simulações numéricas foram considerados ambientes de sala de aula com ocupantes. Os sistemas analisados de ventilação foram: ventilação mecânica e ventilação natural. O fenômeno de transferência de calor por convecção foi considerado na simulação numérica. Os resultados numéricos mostram que dada às condições climatológicas da cidade de Cuiabá é imprescindível o uso de sistema de ventilação mecânica para atingir espaços termicamente favoráveis para o processo de ensino aprendizagem.
