Using GIS(Geographic Information System), GPS(Global Positioning System), GPRS(General Packet Radio Service) and RFID(Radio Frequency Identification), an intelligent control mining management system in an open pit has been designed and developed. A linear programming model is set up in a practical application. By the model, the system can automatically draw up production plan of ore blending well every day. The system can monitor and dispatch open-pit trucks and shovels well, and can play back their historical paths. It can monitor and control the process of mining production in real time. By RFID, The system can also count the number of trucks’ delivery and shovels’ loading automatically. Experiments on real scenes show that the performance of this system is stable and can satisfy production standards of ore blending in open pits.
The 3D model of terrain, which includes goafs, is built by use of terrain generator from MIDAS GTS. The method is developed that the model is stress analyzed by FEM (finite-element method). The following cases are considered: rock weight, loose rock and Heavy Equipment on step surface. Finally, used to the field datum from Luo’yang Molybdenum Co., Ltd., modeling and stress analyzing are finished by the software of MIDAS GTS. The result indicates that the method could provide scientific basis for Safety and Management to open-pit with Underground mined-out area.
The University Timetable Problems in Civil Engineering hinders the multi-targeting combinatorial optimization of teaching resources in colleges and universities. In this paper, it is studied how to adopt ant colony genetic algorithm to set up the course schedule system for civil engineering in colleges and universities, which makes the population form partitions according to rules in the genetic process, spray pheromones in the partitions, with the chromosome fitness and the population partitions crossing over with each other, to form a positive feedback system. As the experiment shows, through this method, the searching space can be reduced effectively, and the complexity of programs is simplified, so the time spent in generating optimal course schedules can be shortened.
In view of the request of trucks and shovels transportation automation and the characteristic of complex terrain in open pit, this paper introduces the current advanced RFID(Radio Frequency Identification) and GPRS(General Packet Radio Service). Using these technologies, the automatic transportation management system of trucks and shovels in open pit has been designed and developed. This system not only can count the number of trucks’ delivery and shovels’ loading automatically, but also can manage the vehicles’ transportation in open pit according to the ore proportioning plan. This greatly enhances the trucks and shovels working efficiency in open pit and provides the stable ore for mineral processing. Experiments on real scenes show that this system’s performance is stable, can satisfy production request in open pit and enhance the mine labor productivity greatly.
The stability of the open-pit slope has been one of the important security issues on open-pit mining. Before damage occurs, the high and steep slope always shows the trend of slow process of displacement. Therefore,by monitoring the small displacement of the high and steep slope,we can predict its catastrophic collapse. In this paper, the monitoring system of open-pit slope based on Beidou is presented that can achieve real-time automatic monitoring of high slope. This paper introduces the data acquisition program development, data transmission program development, as well as data analysis and integrated data management.
