This research aims to explore how Warak Ngendog in the Dugderan tradition represents the identity of urban Muslim communities in the city of Semarang. This research also aims to expose the strength of the city's Muslim culture that has been maintained to this day. This study uses an identity theory approach by Peter J. Burke and Homi K. Bhabha about Hybrid culture, and several other extraordinary theories as supporting theories. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with the support of substantive information from archives and interviews with related figures. The results of this study emphasize that the dynamics of the religiosity of urban Muslim communities in Semarang City shape urban Muslim identity. Acculturation of the traditional culture of Javanese, Arab, and Chinese Muslims symbolizes the new religious and cultural rites as an inseparable part of the urban Muslim identity of Semarang City because there are social interactions in their involvement in religious rituals, traditions and culture.
The ability to express opinions to students is still low, so learning becomes boring. Researchers want to find out how planning and implementing learning models affect results, constraints, and solutions for implementing them. Students in Pancasila and Citizenship Education (PPKn) are using Problem-Based Learning (PBL) learning models to improve their ability to express themselves.The purpose of this study was to determine the planning, implementation, and results of learning models, constraints, and solutions for using the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) learning model. Participatory learning theory. Descriptive research method with an analytical approach data collection techniques by means of interviews, documentation, and literature study. The sampling technique is purposive sampling, and the data analysis is data reduction, display, and verification. The implementation of the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) learning model that is appropriate and in accordance with the learning syntax can foster students' skills in expressing opinions by looking at the indicators of courage, accuracy in opinion, respecting the opinions of others, not forcing their opinions on others, and conveying opinions in accordance with democratic values. In conclusion, 75% of the respondents, or more than half of the respondents, stated that the application of problem-based learning models can affect the skills of students in the learning process. Abstrak: Keterampilan mengemukakan pendapat pada peserta didik masih rendah sehingga pembelajaran menjadi membosankan. Peneliti ingin mencari tahu bagaimana perencanaan, implementasi model pembelajaran, hasil, kendala, dan solusi implementasi.model.pembelajaran.Problem Based Learning (PBL) untuk meningkatkan keterampilan mengemukakan pendapat pada peserta.didik.dalam pembelajaran.Pendidikan.Pancasila.dan Kewarganegaraan.(PPKn). Tujuan untuk mengetahui perencanaan, implementasi model pembelajaran, hasil, kendala, dan solusi dalam menggunakan.model.pembelajaran Problem.Based.Learning (PBL) Teori belajar partisipatorik. Metode.penelitian.deskriptif.dengan.pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik.pengumpulan.data.dengan cara.wawancara,.dokumentasi, dan studi literatur. Teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling dan analisis data reduksi data, display dan verivication. Implementasi model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL) yang tepat dan sesuai dengan sintak pembelajarannya, dapat menumbukan keterampilan peserta didik dalam mengemukakan pendapat, dengan dilihat dari indikator keberanian, ketepatan dalam berpendapat, menghargai pendapat orang lain, tidak memaksakan pendapatnya terhadap orang lain, dan menyampaikan pendapat sesuai dengan nilai-nilai demokratis. Kesimpulannya 75% responden atau lebih dari setengahnya responden menyatakan bahwa penerapan model pemblejaran problem based learning dapat memengaruhi keterampilan berpendapat pada peserta didik dalam proses pembelajaran.
Ketertiban peserta didik di salah satu SMK Negeri di Subang begitu baik, peraturan yang ada tidak begitu tegas, namun peserta didik sudah dapat menunjukan sikap sosial yang baik. Maka peneliti tertarik mencari tahu peran peraturan sekolah dalam membina sikap sosial peserta didik. Tujuan untuk mendeskripsikan strategi sekolah dalam membina sikap sosial siswa. Metode penelitian studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi dan wawancara. Responden sebanyak 12 orang dengan teknik purposive sampling dan teknik pengolahan data dengan cara redukasi data, display data, verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukan dalam membuat peraturan sekolah menggunakan sistem demokrasi dan melibatkan peserta didik, serta diterapkannya reward dan punishment kepada peserta didik
This research is to explore criminal mediation based on local wisdom in dealing with carok violent conflicts in Madurese society. There are two important problems in this study, which is the reason why the criminal justice system is less than optimal in dealing with carok in Madurese society and how criminal mediation can be a model in dealing with conflict based on local wisdom. The research method used in this study is the doctrinal and non-doctrinal methods. By using Freidman's theory and Sociological Jurisprudence related to comparative law, it was found that the criminal justice system is not fully optimal in dealing with carok violent conflicts in Madurese society because of differences in interpreting the concept of justice in the perspective of local communities, the dominance of legalistic perspectives on law enforcement officers and the strong practicality of maintaining self-esteem and religion. The criminal mediation model used by law enforcement officers on Madurese people is based on local wisdom which is a model of family criminal mediation (victim-perpetrators, families, reparations) that is connected to the criminal court system ranging from investigations, closing speeches, examination of cases involving parties warring parties, with mediators, scholars, and law enforcement officials, and the results are written as an act of peace that can be used by the perpetrators to change the sentence. The study recommends that it is very important for law enforcement officials and social leaders, religious scholars and district governments to act as neutral mediators by empowering customary peace institutions that are connected to the criminal justice system.
Kerupuk ikan merupakan alternatif lain dalam mengolah ikan menjadi makanan yang tidak biasa. Ada pengolahan khusus dan teknik pemasaran tertentu dalam mengembangkan usaha kerupuk ikan ini. Tujuan dari pengabdian msyarakat ini yaitu untuk mendeskripsikan Pengelolaan Usaha Kerupuk Ikan Berkah di Desa Kalipasung Kecamatan Gebang Kabupaten Cirebon. Artikel pengabdian masyarakat ini menggunakan jenis kualitatif dengan metode penelitian deskriptif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di rumah produksi Kerupuk Ikan Berkah yang ada di desa Kalipasung Kecamatan Gebang Kabupaten Cirebon. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam artikel ini adalah menggunakan instrumen wawancara. Adapun teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan langkah terakhir adalah penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Bahan utama dalam membuat camilan yang nikmat ini yaitu ikan tengiri bisa juga ikan japu. Adapun tahapan-tahapannya yaitu: 1) proses pengukusan adonan kerupuk yang sudah di bikin bulat –bulat; 2) Proses pemotongan kerupuk setelah adonan yang sudah di bikin bulat-bulat di dinginkan ke dalam kulkas; 3) Proses penjemuran kerupuk, sebelum di goreng kerupuk dijemur terlebih dahulu sampai kering, agar ketika di goreng akan mengembang; 4) Proses berikutnya adalah proses penggorengan, setelah kerupuk kering; 5) Proses pengepakan krupuk yang sudah di goring. Strategi pemasaran yang digunakan dengan menitipkan produk di toko –toko maupun di warung –warung, selain itu juga melayani pemesanan bagi pelanggan.
