The geographical condition is a very important component of a country's national condition, and geographical conditions monitoring (GCM) has been a great concern to the Chinese government. In accordance with application areas, GCM can be divided into fundamental monitoring, thematic monitoring, and disaster monitoring. Thematic monitoring is a special type of designated subject monitoring that concerns the public or the government. This paper mainly discusses the quality evaluating method of thematic monitoring results (TMRs). Based on analysis, referring to GB/T 24356-2009 "Quality Inspection and Acceptance of Surveying and Mapping Achievements", TMRs data Including monitoring data results, analysis and evaluation results, map results and monitoring report results. The operability of the quality evaluation model is illustrated by a case study of the quality inspection of urban geographic national condition monitoring.
Abstract. In recent years, China has promulgated the "Civil Code of the People's Republic of China", "Implementation Rules of the Provisional Regulations on Real Estate Registration" and other laws and regulations, which have protected citizens' rights and obligations in real estate from the legal system. It shows that the quality of real estate registration data is very important. At present, there is no set of standards for evaluating the quality of real estate registration data. This article sorts out the production process of real estate registration data and focuses on the four stages of production: digitization results, field surveys and surveying and mapping results, group building results, integration and association. As a result, the main points of real estate registration data quality control were put forward, and a quality evaluation model was developed. Taking Beijing's real estate registration historical archives integrated data quality inspection as an application case, it shows that the quality evaluation model has been successfully applied to actual projects, ensuring the quality of Beijing real estate registration data. It also provides a reference for the next step in China's quality control of the unified registration of natural resources confirmation.
Abstract. With the development of real 3D model production technology and the expansion of application field, people pay more and more attention to the quality of real 3D model. However, how to measure the quality of today's real 3D model have been bothering its producers and users. In this paper, we analysed the quality model of real scene 3D model based on oblique photography from the perspective of the third party. Our analysis is guided by the application requirements of real scene 3D model, combined with the existing production technology level. Our analysis is guided by the application requirements of real scene 3D model, combined with the existing production technology level, we established the quality framework of real scene 3D model. This quality framework of real 3D model includes nine quality elements. Using this quality framework, we made a quality evaluation test in Yingjing County, Sichuan Provence. The test results show that the quality framework can fully reflect the quality of the real scene 3D model. The quality framework of real scene 3D model established in this paper solves the problem that it is difficult to evaluate the quality of real scene 3D model. The quality framework provides a basis for comprehensive and objective evaluation of real scene 3D model quality.
Abstract. 3D modeling and DEM results have played an important role in economic construction, national defense construction, social development, and ecological protection. And the regional network adjustment is the basic work of DEM, and 3D modeling. In order to ensure the quality of the following results, this paper selects the regional network adjustment results of the ZY3 stereo satellite image and puts forward the test method of the regional network adjustment results from the inspection content. Meanwhile, the northwest of Africa is selected as the test area, and the inspection contents and methods proposed in this paper are verified. The inspection results show that the quality problems existing in the adjustment results of the regional network can be effectively checked. It has a certain reference function to the quality problem of the production process.
Abstract. The process quality inspection of geographic national conditions monitoring is an important means of quality control, and it is essential to improve the effectiveness of its role. Starting from the influencing factors and inspection methods of process quality control, the key points are designed and the content of process quality control is proposed. Based on this, combined with the practical application in the 2016–2020 geographic national conditions monitoring project, the problems existing in the geographic national conditions monitoring process are summarized and analysed.
