Se seleccionaron indicadores sobre nivel de información y posibles efectos sobre la persona entrevistada, el país, el estado y los grupos vulnerables.
Los estudios de política exterior colombiana han tenido poco acercamiento a grupos minoritarios no tradicionales como lo son las etnias. Este artículo explora el papel que se le otorga a los raizales en la literatura de política exterior tras un hecho en el que sus intereses y territorio se vieron vulnerados: el fallo de la Corte Internacional de Justicia de 2012. Ante la invisibilización a la que son sometidos los raizales en las distintas lecturas desde el subcampo de la política exterior, respecto a este hecho, se presentan tanto abordajes alternativos, en donde se pone de manifiesto su participación en acciones trasnacionales, como enfoques teóricos alternativos para incluir el concepto de etnia en el estudio de la política exterior colombiana.
