Conclusions: The use of CAD/CAM technology, virtual surgery and stereolithographic models with cutting guides are a widely accepted method that allows us shorter surgical time, less time of ischemia of the flap and better oncological, functional and aesthetic results in patients with large bone resection in the mandibular region in comparison with the classic technique.
