SUMMARYAlthough there are different methods to evaluate predictive parameters of difficult intubation in apparently normal patients, sometimes this event is unpredictable. We herein report a clinical case of difficult intubation during anaesthesia for video-assisted thymectomy in non-thymomatous myasthenia gravis.
