Bu çalışmada, çuka balığı, Acipenser ruthenus, larvaları yumurtadan çıkış anından itibaren 29 gün boyunca standart besleme protokolü ile beslenmiştir. Karma yeme geçiş yapılan 29. gündeki proteolitik aktivite ve farklı protein kaynaklarının proteaz aktivite üzerine inhibisyon etkileri ölçülmüştür. Çalışmadan elde edilen bilgiler ışığında, çuka balığı juvenillerinin karma yemlerinde protein kaynağı olarak soya protein konsantresi (%38,57±10,44) ve mısır gluten (%43,07±1,72) kullanmanın, diğer yem hammaddeleri ile karşılaştırıldığında, proteolitik enzim aktivitesini istatistiki açıdan daha olumlu etki yaptığı görülmüştür (P<0,05). Yem hammaddelerinin ikili kombinasyonları incelendiğinde ise, en düşük inhibisyon oranı balık unu: soya protein konsantresinin 1:1 oranda kullanılması (%47,93±1,72) ile elde edilmiş ve bu değerin soya protein konsantresi ve mısır gluteninin tek başlarına kullanılması ile elde edilen etki ile aynı seviyede olduğu tespit edilmiştir (P>0,05). En yüksek inhibe edici etki ise, buğday ile pirinç kepeğinin 3:1 oranda kullanılması ile oluşmuştur (%82,39±7,23). Effects of Different Protein Sources on Proteolotic Activity in Juveniles of Sterlet, Acipenser ruthenus Linnaeus 1758Abstract: In this trial, Sterlet sturgeon, Acipenser ruthenus, larvae were fed by a standart feeding protocol from hatcing until 29 th day, and the proteolytic activity and the inhibition effect of different portein sources on protease activity were also measured. The data obtained from study showed that using soybean protein consantrate (38.57±10.44%) and corn gluten (43.07±1.72%) as protein source in mixed feeds of dulcite juvenile strains compared to other feed raw materials, was found to have a more positive effect on proteolytic enzyme activity in terms of statistics (P<0.05). When the binary combinations of feedstuffs were examined, he lowest inhibition rate was obtained using 1: 1 (47.93 ± 1.72%) fish meal: soy protein concentrate, and this value was similar to that of soybean protein consantrate and corn gluten as a single protien sources in the diets (P>0.05). The highest inhibitory effect was obtained by using 3: 1 ratio of wheat and brass bran (82.39±7.23%).

The aim of the study is to determine the inhibitory effect of different protein sources on protease activity of Northern pike, E. Lucius, during larval ontogeny. For this purpose, Northern pike were fed from yolk sac absorption until 21 days after hatching (DAH). At that point, larvae were sampled on 7, 14 and 21 DAH days and the activity of enzyme was analyzed in vitro. In the study, two different fish meal, chicken meal, krill meal, corn gluten, soybean protein concentrate, soybean meal and dried distillers grains with solubles were tested. Fish meal-I showed the lowest effect (7.53 %) on 7 DAH larvae. Moreover, chicken meal has the highest inhibitory effect on the proteases in the first week (68.27%). In the following period (DAH 14), although the inhibition ratio dramatically increased in all ingredients, fish meal-I has still the lowest effect on proteolytic activity (55.66%). In the same period, the highest effect was obtained from krill (82.28 %) and chicken meals (86.73 %), respectively. Then, there was no statistical difference between fish meal-I, fish meal-II and corn gluten in the 21 DAH and relatively lower than the others (p>0.05). Additionally, chicken meal again has the highest effect on juveniles with the ratio 89.27 %. As a result, the increase of proteolytic activity was notably increased in 7-14-21 DAH, however, it is concluded that feeding larvae and juveniles with live prey is still suggested to get better result for such a carnivorous species culture.
