Bronchoscopy revealed small, diffuse, whitish granulations and erythematous mucosa. Histopathology disclosed ulcerative bronchitis and noncaseating tuberculoid granuloma. The patient improved under a 6 week oral corticosteroid treatment followed by inhaled corticotherapy, without relapse of pulmonary symptoms.
