La investigación tiene como objetivo analizar la vulneración de derechos por efecto del impacto del coronavirus en el Ecuador en los suburbios de la ciudad de Guayaquil – Ecuador. Se trabajó desde una concepción metodológica descriptiva – documental. El estudio focalizado en una clase baja muestra de manera evidente la cruda realidad que diariamente viven estas personas y la gran afectación que pueden llegar a tener si nos ataca una pandemia de esta magnitud como lo es el Covid-19, al enfrentar una pandemia tan poderosa e impredecible afecta desde las más ricas pero con mayor efecto a las personas de baja clase, por cuanto la falta de recursos no les permite tener acceso a una alimentación adecuada y lo primordial a la medicina que es lo fundamental para enfrentar a esta pandemia lo cual conlleva a una vulneración evidente de derechos garantizados por nuestra constitución que en muchas ocasiones es letra muerta.
