Bu çalışmanın temel amacı, işgörenlerin işe adanmışlık düzeyleri ve örgütsel özdeşleşme ilişkisinin performans algısına etkilerini belirlemektir. Araştırma amacı doğrultusunda, Ankara Büyükşehir Belediyesinden 555 ve Eskişehir Odunpazarı Belediyesi çalışanlarından 92, Ankara'da AFAD Başkanlığı Merkez Binasında çalışanlardan 98 ve İstanbul'da ise ASİS A.Ş. çalışanlarından 98 katılımcı olmak üzere toplam 843 kişiden anket aracılığıyla elde edilen veriler "faktör analizi, korelasyon analizi ve Yapısal Eşitlik Modellemesi analizleri" yöntemiyle değerlendirilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda elde edilen bulgulara göre; işe adanma, örgütsel özdeşleşme ve performans algısı değişkenleri arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı ilişkilerin bulunduğu tespit edilmiş ve araştırma sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Araştırma modelindeki bağımsız değişkenlerin (işe adanma, örgütsel özdeşleşme) bağımlı değişkenleri (performans) etkileme düzeyleri ile bağımsız ve bağımlı değişkenlerin kendi aralarındaki etkileşim düzeyleri açıklanmıştır.
In a world of rapid change and transformation, many developments in different fields have affected both the organization and the individual, and these changes have led to an increase in the number of stimulants affecting employees. One of the most intensive problems in this regard is the procrastination of employees. The aim of this research is to examine if there is a significant difference at the levels of general and decisional procrastination of employees in scope of demographic variables. In this context, a research was conducted to the healthcare workers consisted of 393 respondents working at the hospitals of Malatya, Elazığ and Bingöl. According to the research results, it was determined that healthcare workers' levels of general and decisional procrastination were close to the average. Also in scope of demographic variables, it was found that there was a significant difference at the level of general procrastination according to gender, age and duration of work experience variables. In terms of decisional procrastination levels, it was found that there was a significant difference in the graduation status variable. Various suggestions on these results were submitted.

Bir destinasyonun rakiplerine göre daha fazla tercih edilme düzeylerinin o destinasyonun rekabetçiliğini ifade etmesi nedeniyle; turistler tarafından yapılan bu tercihlerin gösterdiği farklılıkların ülkeler kategorisinde saptanması, bu araştırmanın çıkış noktasını oluşturmaktadır. Bu kapsamda, öncelikle konuya ilişkin temel kavramlar literatür taraması yapılarak teorik olarak açıklanmış; akabinde de sahip olduğu turistik çeşitliliği bakımından oldukça zengin olan ve her ulustan yabancı ziyaretçinin geldiği, Türkiye'nin en önemli turizm destinasyonu olan İstanbul'un rekabetçiliğinin değerlendirilme düzeyindeki farklılıkların, turistlerin geldikleri ülkelere göre belirlenmesi amacıyla bir anket çalışması düzenlenmiştir. Anketlerden elde edilen veriler SPSS programı ile Anova testine tabi tutulmuştur. Bu testler sonucunda, bir turizm destinasyonu olarak İstanbul'un rekabetçiliğinin değerlendirme düzeylerinin, turistlerin geldikleri ülkelere göre anlamlı farklılıklar gösterdiği tespit edilmiştir.
