Đánh giá hậu phẫu sau ghép xương ổ răng bằng vật liệu tổng xác định tỉ lệ thành công trong phẫu thuật ghép xương ổ răng. Nghiên cứu này đánh giá thể tích khe hở xương ổ răng một cách bán tự động dựa trên dữ liệu phim Conebeam-CT với sự hỗ trợ của phần mềm Mimics 21 – Materialise. Có 20 bệnh nhân dị tật khe hở xương ổ răng một bên Tuổi trung bình: 11,75 ± 2,73 được chụp phim Conebeam-CT và thực hiện đo đạc thể tích khe hở xương ổ trước, sau phẫu thuật bởi một nghiên cứu viên có sự khác biệt có ý nghĩa thống kê giữa các lần đo. Nghiên cứu này cho thấy phương pháp đánh giá thể tích xương trên khe hở xương ổ răng là một phương pháp chính xác hiệu quả và thực tế giúp cho bác sĩ lâm sàng tiên lượng khối lượng xương cần ghép trước phẫu thuật và tiên lượng được kết quả lành xương ghép sau phẫu thuật,Mục tiêu của đè tài :1-Mô tả thiếu hổng xương ổ răng trên bệnh nhân khe hở môi -vòm miệng 1 bên qua phim cone bean CT. 2- Đánh giá hiệu quả thể tích xương sau phẫu thuật ghép xương ổ răng trên phim cone beam CT.
Đánh giá tiền phẫu khe hở xương ổ răng là giai đoạn thiết yếu và quan trọng để thành công trong phẫu thuật ghép xương ổ răng. Nghiên cứu này đề xuất một phương pháp đánh giá thể tích khe hở xương ổ răng một cách bán tự động dựa trên dữ liệu hình ảnh cắt lớp điện toán chùm tia hình nón với sự hỗ trợ của phần mềm Mimics 21 – Materialise. Có 18 bệnh nhân dị tật khe hở xương ổ răng một bên với tuổi trung bình 14,11 ± 5,29 được chụp hình ảnh cắt lớp điện toán chùm tia hình nón và thực hiện đo đạc thể tích khe hở xương ổ răng hai lần cách nhau 4 tuần bởi một nghiên cứu viên. Không có sự khác biệt có ý nghĩa thống kê giữa hai lần đo. Thời gian trung bình dành cho mỗi lần đo là 9,75 ± 1,06 phút. Thể tích trung bình của khe hở xương ổ răng là 0,903 ± 0,222 cm3. Nghiên cứu này cho thấy phương pháp đánh giá thể tích khe hở xương ổ răng được trình bày là một phương pháp nhanh chóng, hiệu quả và có giá trị thực tiễn cho nhà thực hành lâm sàng.
