<em>This study aims to explain the competencies required by Islamic financial institutions today, and how these competencies are fulfilled by Islamic higher education resources, in this case UIN SU Medan. This study also tries to explain how these competencies are obtained both from educational and non-educational processes. The research was conducted with qualitative and quantitative analysis, with the research sample coming from alumni of FEBI UIN SU Medan who work in Islamic financial institutions. Quantitative analysis focuses on justifying user and alumni company perceptions of competence. Qualitative analysis focuses on explaining the relationship between the fulfillment of these competencies in the higher education process. The results show that companies in the Islamic financial institution industry need innovation and critical thinking competencies to be strengthened by Islamic higher education. research by Dharma et al. (2022) who informed the two competencies were also perceived as lacking by other companies. The purpose of financial institutions for competence is in the context of Islamic science, especially in terms of Islamic exploration both from the Qur'an and hadith.</em>
The advancement of time and technology that continues to develop brings enormous changes to various sectors of life today. This change is the presence of new innovations in digital-based financial and payment systems, namely the presence of e-wallets. The purpose of this study is to determine the consumption behavior of students in utilizing digital wallets, whether using a digital wallet makes them consumptive or can plan their finances in the future. This research was conducted using a descriptive qualitative method. The research results show that the use of digital wallets has an influence on student consumptive behavior. This can be seen from the consumption behavior of students in utilizing digital wallets. where students use digital wallets to fulfill all their needs, be it shopping online, paying electricity bills, credit, data, then ordering online transportation, ordering food and drinks and so on.

Every business always tries to make a profit, so the financial health of the business needs to be maintained so that it runs well. However, companies must be able to foresee the possibility of bankruptcy. Bankruptcy analysis is carried out to get early warning of bankruptcy. One of the tools used to predict the potential for bankruptcy of a company is the Springate S-Score method. The purpose of this research is to find out the financial performance of PT. Garuda Tbk for the 2019-2022 period and if there is a potential for bankruptcy. This research method uses qualitative. Data collection techniques with documentation studies. The analysis technique uses the Springate model. The results obtained, especially from 2019 to 2022, will experience fluctuations. In 2019, the company PT. Garuda Tbk is included in the healthy category, in 2020 and 2021 it will be included in the type prone to bankruptcy. In 2022, the company will be better and can enter the healthy group.
The study aims to measure, investigate, and examine how Islamic Universities integrating Islamic transdisciplinary and risk management based on ISO 31000:2018 to their good university governance. This study was conducted in 2022, based on a content analysis approach to measure the maturity level of risk management. Researchers develop maturity index level suitable in higher education organization based on ISO 31000:2018 criteria that develop by IRMAPA. The analysis covers both quantitative and qualitative data that had been hand collected from number of Indonesian Islamic Universities. This study found that average maturity level of risk management in some of Indonesian Islamic Higher Education is risk aware where it is the 2nd level (the highest level is 5th). Researchers found that determining risk context was the most difficult stage to define. Findings can attract the attention, from a regulatory perspective.
