O presente artigo propõe uma reflexão sobre a utilização da minissérie da TV Globo, Lampião e Maria Bonita (1982), como recurso didático em aulas de História que colabore com a compreensão dos alunos a respeito do cangaço brasileiro. Essa produção da teledramaturgia brasileira será adotada como fonte e ferramenta do conhecimento histórico, atendendo os pressupostos teóricos e metodológicos adequados para esse tipo de abordagem. O objetivo é fomentar nos estudantes a capacidade de analisar criticamente as imagens televisuais e conseguir, por meio das representações sociais presentes na minissérie, aprender de forma mais prazerosa e consequente sobre o movimento social do cangaço, presente no sertão nordestino durante a República Velha e sobre os personagens envolvidos em seu contexto histórico, principalmente o casal Lampião e Maria Bonita.
RESUMO: O presente artigo propõe uma reflexão sobre o uso do cinema em sala de aula na disciplina de Sociologia para as séries do Ensino Médio. Com a relevância social que desenvolveu ao longo dos anos, o cinema tornou-se objeto das investigações sociológicas em vários aspectos, um deles é seu uso no processo educativo. Um filme pode ser tomado como recurso didático nas aulas de Sociologia ao passo que possibilita uma análise crítica e reflexiva sobre importantes aspectos da sociedade, ainda mais quando o seu uso nas aulas estabelece relação com os conteúdos sociológicos estudados na disciplina. No entanto, o professor que opte por utilizar essa fonte audiovisual em suas aulas deve preparar com antecedência um roteiro específico para esse tipo de abordagem. Sendo assim, o artigo trará algumas reflexões sobre a relação entre Sociologia e cinema, sobre o uso de filmes em sala de aula e uma sugestão de elaboração do roteiro para observação de filmes na disciplina de Sociologia proposta por Josefa Alexandrina da Silva (2015).
Aristóteles (384 a.C. – 322 a.C.), um dos principais filósofos da história, considerava a Arte como um instrumento pedagógico que possibilita repensar atitudes e tornar as pessoas melhores. Por meio da catarse, as obras trágicas são capazes de promover intensas reflexões sobre o caráter e o destino dos seres humanos. Nesse sentido, o presente artigo objetiva elucidar as concepções aristotélicas sobre a Estética através do filme Batman (1989), de Tim Burton. A proposta é relacionar a história do personagem Bruce Wayne com o conceito aristotélico de catarse, utilizando o filme como recurso didático nas aulas de Filosofia para séries do Ensino Médio.
O objetivo deste artigo é demonstrar possibilidades teóricas quanto à adoção de fontes cinematográficas para a pesquisa histórica, bem como procedimentos metodológicos indispensáveis a esse tipo de abordagem. Além disso, pretende-se elucidar a possível relação entre narrativa histórica e narrativa cinematográfica, compreendendo que ambas são capazes de organizar o conhecimento e a consciência histórica.
