ZusammenfassungDas Kapitel bietet einen kurzen Überblick über Konzepte und Modelle der Ethik und des Integritätsmanagements. Dann werden fünf Ansätze der allgemeinen Ethik kurz vorgestellt, d. h. die Tugendethik, die Pflichtenethik, die Folgenethik, die Anerkennungsethik und die Diskursethik.Die beiden zentralen Begriffe des Kapitels sind die ethischen Spannungsfelder und die Leitideen guter Zusammenarbeit. Mit Hilfe der Spannungsfelder können ethische Dilemmas im Unternehmensalltag erfasst und in ihre IST- und SOLL-Komponenten zerlegt werden.
