Introdução: O osso frontal e o complexo naso-órbito-etmoidal (NOE) têm atribuições estéticas e funcionais importantes. Situada na região central do terço médio superior da face, representa uma intrincada estrutura esquelética pela confluência do nariz, órbitas, maxila e crânio. As fraturas nessa região são pouco frequentes, e por causa da posição anatômica do complexo fronto-naso-órbito-etmoidal (NOE) e da enorme quantidade de energia necessária para criar uma fratura nesta área, podem causar complicações graves por ser próxima ao cérebro, olhos e nariz. Relato de Caso: Paciente do sexo masculino, 24 anos, vítima de trauma em acidente de trabalho. A partir dos achados clínicos e dos exames de imagem solicitados, se obteu como hipótese diagnostica, fratura da região fronto-naso-órbito-etmoidal (NOE). A conduta de tratamento indicada foi redução cirúrgica feita em âmbito hospitalar, sob anestesia geral, que consistiu na fixação interna, e na fratura frontal foi realizada a redução aberta, feita por acesso coronal. Conclusão: Podemos concluir que a evolução dos sistemas de fixação interna estável, correto diagnóstico, sistematização do tratamento e a abordagem precoce, produzem resultados adequados do ponto de vista estético e funcional. Atualmente o paciente encontra-se em acompanhamento clínico e permanece sem queixas.
