A Síndrome de Burnout (SB) é definida como uma desordem mental, tendo como principais características o esgotamento de energia, a falta de realização profissional, o desgaste emocional, a descrença e o sentimento de incompetência do indivíduo. Características essas que são agravadas pelo período pandêmico, fazendo com que seja necessária a observação e avaliação desses fatores, os quais vem sendo frequentemente apresentados pelos jovens que frequentam o ensino médio, pois a adolescência é um período com diversas mudanças biológicas e psicológicas. Sendo assim o objetivo deste estudo é identificar aspectos de saúde e fatores relacionados a SB entre estudantes do Ensino Médio Integrado do Instituto Federal Farroupilha por meio do uso do questionário para avaliação de Burnout “Maslach Burnout Inventory for students (MBI-SS)”. Constatamos que cerca de 79% dos alunos teriam o que seria classificado como SB, notando algumas semelhanças fatoriais comparadas com a atual bibliografia, fazendo-se necessário mais pesquisas.
