Thin film CdSe on titanium is electrodeposited by reduction of an aqueous solution containing the selenosulfite anion and a nitrilotriacetate complex of cadmium ion. Films having thickness between 1.3 and 2.6/~m and surface areas of 1 cm ~ give photoconversion efficiencies between 5.5% and 5.9% when used in a photoelectrochemical cell and illuminated with an ELH lamp. ) unless CC License in place (see abstract). ecsdl.org/site/terms_use address.
