In the tissue-czrltures of the cotyledones and leaves of Digitalis purpurea 13 resp. 15 cardenolides could be proved and some-of them identified. Further investigations showed that number and quantity of cardenolides decrease by continuing the invitro-cultivation. Zusammen fassung In Gewebekulturen aus Keim-und Laubblattern aus D i g i t a 1 i s p tr r p u r e a konnten 13 bzw. 15 Cardenolide nachgewiesen und zum Teil identifiziert luerden. Die Unterszrchungen ergabcn ferner, da/3 die Zahl trnd Menge der Cardenolide im Laufe der In-uitro-Kultivierung abnimmt.
