O texto deste artigo teórico tem como tema central uma intersecção que surgiu a partir de reflexões acerca da escrita científica. Escrever é a maneira pela qual a Ciência é temporariamente objetivada. O sociólogo alemão Niklas Luhmann ficou conhecido pelas suas muitas publicações, de cunho interdisciplinar. Constatamos que ele desenvolveu um método de encaminhar e articular ideias, denominado Zettelkasten (caixa de bilhetes/cartões). Esta constatação se deu pela busca de informações a respeito do Wissenschaftliches Schreiben – escrita científica, em alemão. Luhmann é muito citado por Jürgen Schriewer, teórico-referência da Educação Comparada, teoria na qual a nossa pesquisa de tese encontra-se arraigada. A teoria da Educação Comparada aborda – comparativamente – países e pode, igualmente, realizar microanálises num país específico. Comparar é algo inerente ao pensar a Ciência. O método do Zettelkasten pode ser uma alternativa para publicações acadêmico-científicas.
