A case of cutaneous epithelioid angiosarcoma with anomalous CD30 expression, occurring after breast-conserving surgery and adjuvant irradiation, is reported. This seems to be the first such case reported. The differential diagnosis of CD30 epithelioid angiosarcoma is discussed.
