м. Одеса, Україна дослідження ефективності застосування мінеральної води з підвищеним вмістом біологічно активних компонентів при експериментальному дерматозі вступ. Широке розповсюдження атопічного дерматиту та наявність ускладнень при застосуванні медикаментозних засобів у існуючих протоколах його лікування потребує необхідність проведення досліджень патогенетично обумовлених немедикоментозних засобів терапії. додавання до лікувального комплексу методів бальнеотерапії може підвищити ефективність лікування та знизити прояви чи наслідки ускладнень медикаментозного навантаження. Мета. у білих щурів з відтвореною моделлю дерматозу оцінювали наявність коригуючої дії природної мінеральної води (Мв) з підвищеним вмістом сірководню та бору. в роботі використано морфологічні, імунологічні та статистичні методи. Модель дерматозу відтворювали послідовними аплікаціями ксилолу та параформальдегіду на голену ділянку шкіри щура. лікувальний курс складався з 6 процедур (аплікації проводили через добу, тривалість кожної аплікації складала 20 хвилин). результати. Після проведення курсу аплікацій з Мв мікроскопічно встановлено зникнення проявів запалення власно у шкірі щурів та активація відновлення епідермісу. При аналізі гематологічних показників встановлено відновлення відсотку лімфоцитів, ацидофілів, нейтрофілів та моноцитів, процесів фагоцитозу та нормалізацію клітинної та гуморальної ланок імунної системи. також визначено позитивні зміни з боку інших досліджених систем метаболізму. відновлюється активність процесів енергозалежного трансмембранного транспорту, нормалізується баланс у системі перекисного окислення ліпідів та антиоксидантного захисту, знижується вміст серомукоїдів та нормалізується вміст загального білку та білковий спектр крові. висновки. отже, визначено обмеження розвитку патологічного процесу та зниження ступеню алергізації організму, що свідчить про наявність значного коригуючого впливу застосованої у дослідженні Мв і її високу біологічну активність.ключові слова: дерматоз, структурний стан шкіри, показники метаболізму, мінеральна вода, бор, сірководень.
