The aim of this research is to contribute to the understanding of the concept of satisfaction with life by determining the relationship between personality traits and the subjective experience of satisfaction with life in students—recreational athletes. This research is based on the biological theory of personality by Hans Eysenck and it attempts to offer explanations of a possible change in satisfaction with life in the period of great social deprivation caused by the Covid-19 pandemic. The sample of subjects consisted of 120 undergraduate students (N = 120) of all years and both sexes, 55 (45.8%) males and 65 (54.2%) females, at the Faculty of Sport and Physical Education, the University of Nis. The average age of the subjects was 23.63 years (SD = 2.070). Eysenck's personality questionnaire (Eysenck Personality Questionnaire, EPQ: Eysenck et al., 1885, adapted and translated by Šipka, 1985) was used for the operationalization of personality structure. The SWLS scale (Satisfaction With Life Scale, Diener et al., 1985) was used for estimating satisfaction with life. A significant regression model, which explains 11% of variance in the subjective experience of satisfaction with life in recreational athletes, was obtained. In the model, extraversion stands out as a significant predictor from the group of personality traits (β = 0.279). Neuroticism (β = −0.160) and psychoticism (β = −0.122) did not prove to be significant predictors of satisfaction with life in the structural model regardless of there being a significant negative correlation between neuroticism and satisfaction with life. The more extraverted participants had a keener subjective sense of satisfaction with life.

With the advent of the Internet and social networks, we are increasingly encountering the term "Cyberbullying" -electronic violence, harassment through digital technologies, mobile phones, correspondence platforms and the like. It is a behavior that is repeated with the intention of intimidating, embarrassing and humiliating a certain person. Live abuse and cyberbullying can often go hand in hand, with cyberbullying leaving a digital footprint that can be helpful in stopping it. The Cyberbullying survey was conducted in April 2022 on 150 respondents of both sexes, aged 16-25 in Serbia, with an online Questionnaire containing 16 questions with offered answers. The results of the research indicate that 90% of the respondents have heard about violence on social networks, over 30% stated that they have experienced some kind of violence on social networks. It was determined that women are more exposed to cyber violence, most often by the opposite sex, most often on Instagram (24.7%) and Facebook (19.3%), and a larger number of respondents report violence to friends rather than parents. The negative consequences that cyber violence has left on the victim are mostly emotional (30%). The largest number of respondents (85.3%) believe that the best form of protection is blocking and reporting a person who is trying to commit violence. The results of the research confirmed our hypothesis about the significant prevalence of violence on social networks, the complexity of its manifestation and the impact on the mental and emotional state of victims. Further research of this social phenomenon on a larger sample is necessary in order to create prevention and protection measures as successfully as possible.

Objective. To determine whether the method of acquiring IT knowledge affects computer literacy and how the implementation of HIS affects work and quality control. Methods. The research was conducted as a cross-sectional study, in the population of nurses. The sample consisted of 116 respondents, who voluntarily agreed to participate in the research. Results. Respondents who have formal education in informatics showed a higher level of knowledge than respondents who do not. It was established that there is a statistically significant difference in computer literacy between respondents who acquired IT knowledge in different ways. Those who rated themselves better have higher scores on the knowledge test. The data indicate the existence of statistical significance of differences depending on the self-assessment of one's own computer skills. Almost half (46.7%) of respondents believe that the implementation of HIS made work easier, while 26% of them believe that it had no impact on work or made work more difficult. The largest percentage (59.9%) of respondents believed that the health information system facilitated quality control. Conclusion. The way of acquiring knowledge has the greatest influence on the computer literacy of nurses: nurses who had formal IT education showed a higher level of computer literacy. Nurses believe that thanks to the implementation of HIS, the quality control of the provided services has been significantly improved. The majority of health workers in the initial stages of introduction, application and development of the health information system had no formal education. Nevertheless, with the support of the institutions, they made a significant contribution to the implementation of HIS in the Republic of Serbia.

The aim of this study was to determine relation between dimensions of time perspective and perceived stress among managers, who have one to three years of working experience as managers. The basic assumption was that dimensions of time perspective are empirically confirmed correlates of numerous psychic functions, thus they can also be correlates of perceived stress. Therefore, we set hypothesis that dimensions of time perspective are significant predictors of perceived stress in managers. The study was conducted on the sample of 92 managers of both genders (37% of men and 63% of women). Average age of examinees was 36.58 years. Selective variable for formation of the sample was the length of working experience in management - from minimum one up to maximum three years. The assumption for the sample justification was that managers-beginners experience bigger number of stimuli from the environment as stressors. An adapted version of Zimbardo's time perspective questionnaire (ZTPI, Zimbardo & Boyd, 1999, adaptation of Kostić & Nedeljković, 2013) was used to operationalize the time perspective. The questionnaire with 52 items determines five dimensions of time perspective - negative and positivie past, hedonistic and fatalistic present and future. Perceived stress is determined by score on Cohen's questionnaire for perceived stress (The Perceived Stress Scale, PSS-10, Cohen et al, 1983). Significant regression model was obtained, which explains 17,6% variance in perception of stress in managers. As the only independently significant predictor in the group of dimensions of time perspective, future was highlighted (b = 0,416). Managers who are turned towards the future have higher scores of the perceived stress. The results confirmed the initial assumption on predictor power of dimensions of time perspective in predicting intensity of the perceived stress. The results represent contribution to understanding the relationship between dimensions of time perspective and stress perception during the first years of management and may be the starting point for future research of those constructs.

POVEZANOST OKUPACIONOG STRESA I MENTALNOG ZDRAVLJA U POPULACIJI POLICAJACA: METAANALIZA Ova metaanalitička studija sprovedena je sa ciljem kvantitativnog integrisanja nalaza dobijenih u pojedinačnim studijama koje su se bavile utvrđivanjem odnosa između okupacionog stresa i mentalnog zdravlja u populaciji policajaca. Studije uključene u metaanalizu jesu kvantitativne korelacione studije na engleskom jeziku, objavljene u naučnim časopisima (isključujući pregledne radove) u poslednjih 15 godina. U metaanalizu je uključeno 10 radova, sa 10 studija i 4180 ispitanika koji pripadaju populaciji policijskih službenika. Prosečna ponderisana korelacija, izražena Pearsonovim koeficijentom korelacije iznosi .37 i može se okarakterisati kao umerena. Takođe, utvrđen je moderatorski efekat perioda objavljivanja studija i impakt faktora časopisa u kome je studija objavljena, s tim što nije dobijena značajna interakcija ova dva moderatora. S obzirom na određena ograničenja, procenjenu veličinu efekta u populaciji bi trebalo shvatiti kao preliminarnu.
