Eksperter i team (EiT) er et obligatorisk emne på 7,5 SP for alle studenter på høyere grad ved NTNU. Om lag 2000 studenter tar EiT hvert år. Emnets mål er å laere studentene å samarbeide i tverrfaglige team. EiT er erfaringsbasert, og refleksjon over de samarbeidssituasjoner som oppstår underveis er sentralt i emnet, se: www.ntnu.no/eit EiT bidrar til økt selvforståelse, trening i selvrefleksjon og utvikling av sosiale ferdigheter som kan vaere viktige for fremtidig prosjektsamarbeid i arbeidslivet. Et kontinuerlig fokus på det mellommenneskelige i samarbeidet, mener vi, legger til rette også for innovative prosesser.EiT har helt siden starten i 2001 vaert et pedagogisk utviklingsprosjekt. Den erfaringsbaserte laeringsformen fordrer høy laerertetthet og behov for opplaering av laererne. Det systematiske utviklings-og kvalitetsarbeidet har resultert i at nå rapporterer om lag 70 % av studentene at de er fornøyd med EiT.
