This article takes the talent training of culinary professionals in Guangxi secondary vocational and technical colleges as the research object and analyzes the situation of talents in Guangxi's catering industry and preliminary problem-solving strategies. It proposes to build a "double high" talent training model for accurately serving the local modern catering service industry and elaborates on the actual role of governments, schools, enterprises, and industries in joint education. The model links governments, industries, enterprises, and schools, mobilizes various resources, and builds a multi-level "mentorship" applicable to secondary vocational and technical colleges to control the siphonic effect of the surrounding economic development on talents and adapt to the rapidly changing demand for employment in the market.
With the promotion of "the Belt and Road Initiative", Guangxi's catering industry is showing a vigorous growth momentum. The development of Guangxi's catering companies tends to be diversified and their scales are gradually expanding. Companies need technical support from experienced and resourceful masters. At the same time, the demand for employees in the catering industry presents a trend of echelon. The catering industry not only values the professional skills of employees, but also pays attention to the comprehensive abilities, such as creativity, innovation and communication. Against this background, this paper focuses on the reform and innovation of talent training mode for students majoring in cuisine in vocational schools. The talent training mode of "school-enterprise integration and increased enrolment and fade-out" is creatively put forwarded. Also, this paper carries out the investigation on the implementation of this mode in the past five years. Under this mode, the "integrated" course system, the project "one county and one brand" and the practice mode of "increased enrolment and fade-out, and alternation of working and learning" can effectively improve students' professional quality and vocational skills. At the same time, this mode can effectively solve the practical difficulties of enterprises and promote local enterprises to inherit local food culture by exerting the resources of "masters".

Abstract-Based on theories of flapped classrooms and online instruction, this article adopts an information-based teaching method to change the traditional one-way mode focusing on teaching into a modern two-way interactive mode aiming at communication, where teachers become promoters and instructors in learning. The mode is applied in the teaching of product design specialty, re-organizing the teaching system of product design specialty and building a teaching mode adapted to the network information environment and social demands, it builds a cooperative learning platform in the flipped classrooms, fosters the students' capabilities in collaboration, cooperation and communication and team spirits for win-win through cooperation, improve students skills in thinking and in knowledge acquisition.
