Zusammenfassung Ziel Ansätze der Partizipativen Gesundheitsforschung (PGF) sind in Deutschland in der Entwicklung. In dieser Arbeit werden geeignete Förderstrategien für die Umsetzung von Projekten der PGF in Deutschland aufgezeigt. Methode Es werden 9 Strategien vorgestellt und diskutiert, die auf der Grundlage von Forschungserfahrungen von Mitgliedern der deutschsprachigen und internationalen Netzwerke für PGF erarbeitet wurden. Ergebnisse Um PGF in Deutschland zu fördern, müssen 1) Mittel für Partizipation und 2) für die Beteiligungsprozesse selbst zur Verfügung stehen; 3) in Ausschreibungen die Aufforderung zur Partizipation grundsätzlich und 4) in speziellen Programmen auch als Förderbedingung verankert werden; 5) Partizipation formativ evaluiert, 6) die Methodenentwicklung in diesem Feld spezifisch gefördert und 7) die Gutachtenprozesse angepasst werden; 8) projektübergreifende Koordinationsstellen eingerichtet und 9) Modelle und Beispiele für Partizipation verbreitet werden. Schlussfolgerungen Soll nicht nur instrumentelle, symbolische oder Schein-Beteiligung erreicht werden, ist es notwendig, die Förderbedingungen für PGF in Deutschland anzupassen.
Beiträge zur TeilhabeforschungTeilhabeforschung ist ein interdisziplinäres Forschungsfeld im Entstehen. Teilhabeforschung untersucht die Lebenslagen von Menschen mit Beeinträchtigungen und Behinderungen unter den normativen Perspektiven von gleichberechtigter Teilhabe und Inklusion. Dies schließt eine kritische Auseinandersetzung mit Prozessen der Diskriminierung, Benachteiligung und Ausgrenzung ein. Die Reihe "Beiträge zur Teilhabeforschung" will die Weiterentwicklung und Profilierung dieses jungen Forschungsfeldes durch die Bereitstellung eines angemessenen Publikationsforums befördern. Dies gilt insbesondere auch für Qualifikationsarbeiten (Promotionen und Habilitationen), die sich im Feld der Teilhabeforschung verorten. Die Reihe bietet eine gemeinsame thematische Klammer für ein breites und stark ausdifferenziertes Forschungsfeld zu komplexen Phänomenen der Beeinträchtigung, Behinderung und Teilhabe, das unterschiedliche Disziplinen, Diskurse und Fachgebiete umfasst. Das Themenspektrum ist entsprechend weit gefasst und offen für neue Impulse und Entwicklungen. Die Beiträge umfassen theoretische und empirische Zugänge zur Teilhabeforschung und werden als Monografien und Sammelbände veröffentlicht. Beiträge zur allgemeinen Grundlegung von Teilhabeforschung werden ebenso erwartet wie Beiträge zur Vertiefung und Spezialisierung.
ZusammenfassungDer Teilhabebegriff findet seine Verwendung in sehr unterschiedlichen sozialpolitischen Diskursen mit ihren je spezifischen Ausrichtungen. Diese unterschiedlichen Bedeutungszusammenhänge des Teilhabebegriffs werden herausgearbeitet und zentrale Aspekte des Bedeutungskerns in Abgrenzung zu verwandten Begriffen wie Partizipation, Inklusion oder Integration identifiziert.
ZusammenfassungPartizipative Gesundheitsforschung ist ein eigenständiger Forschungsansatz, der eigene Förderbedingungen benötigt. In der Zeitschrift Gesundheitswesen erschien im April 2020 ein Artikel, der Empfehlungen für geeignete Maßnahmen zur Förderung von partizipativer Gesundheitsforschung diskutiert. Im Rahmen des vorliegenden Beitrags werden dort angesprochenen Aspekte durch Praxisbeispiele untermauert.3 Erfahrungsbeispiele werden aufgeführt, um die vielfältigen und unterschiedlichen Bedingungen während der Bewerbung um Mittel für partizipative Forschungsprojekte zu erläutern. Beispiel 1 zeigt, wie die fruchtbare Zusammenarbeit von Antragstellenden und fördernder Stelle partizipative Prozesse ermöglichte. In Beispiel 2 haben die Förder- und Antragsbedingungen, trotz eines Fokus auf Partizipation, eine wirksame Beteiligung im Rahmen der Antragsentwicklung nicht möglich gemacht. Beispiel 3 setzt sich mit eigenen, berechtigten Forschungsinteressen von Betroffenen auseinander, die in der gegenwärtigen Fördererlandschaft nur eingeschränkt Widerhall finden und kaum Förderung erfahren.Die Erfahrungen zur Förderung partizipativ angelegter Forschung gestalten sich sehr unterschiedlich. Es gibt positive Fälle, es überwiegen aber Erfahrungen mit Hindernissen, die eine partizipative Zusammenarbeit erschweren. Speziell betrifft dies die gemeinsame Erarbeitung von Forschungsanträgen (Themen, Fragestellung, Design) durch alle maßgeblichen Akteur*innen. Um partizipative Gesundheitsforschung effektiv zu fördern, braucht es daher flexiblere Ausschreibungsformate mit längeren Antragsfristen, die eine mehrstufige Förderung erlauben und auch für nichtakademische Akteur*innen und Akteursgruppen zugänglich sind.
