ABSTRACT Problems in the field regarding ongoing learning are still not conducive at As-Saidyah 1 pesantren, especially at the level of understanding and discussion forums for rear-row audiences are difficult to ask questions. The difficulty of understanding in the field of menstruation, especially on the problem of calculation, which requires formulas that must be studied. So this study developed a STEM-based Screencast e-module on reproductive system material with the aim of finding out the feasibility of media and material from developing e-modules which can then be applied in the pesantren with the contents of the e-module in the form of material, e-lks based on the method of calculating the period of menstruation, by using the ADDIE development model and getting the results of 80% media eligibility with proper criteria and material feasibility with a percentage of 84% very feasible criteria. So it can be concluded that the media can be developed and implemented in Pesantren As-Saidyah 1. KEYWORDS: e-module, Screencast, STEM ABSTRAK Permasalahan dilapang mengenai pembelajaran berjalan masih kurang kondusif di pesantren As-Saidyah 1, terutama pada tingkat pemahaman dan forum diskusi tanya jawab audien barisan belakang sulit untuk bertanya.
