Model interaksi yang terjadi antara makrofag, sitokin, limfosit T dengan Mycobacterium tuberculosis (Mtb) merupakan model matematika yang berbentuk sistem persamaan diferensial tak linier. Peran limfosit T khususnya sel T š¶š·4+ sangat penting dalam menekan infeksi Mtb. Kerentanan orang tua terhadap meningkatnya penyakit tuberkulosis disebabkan oleh keterlambatan antigen sel T Cluster of differentiation 4 (š¶š·4+). Di mana sel tersebut dapat menghasilkan Interferron-gamma (š¼š¹š ā š¾) yang penting dalam mengendalikan infeksi Mtb. Banyaknya bakteri tergantung pada jumlah sel T š¶š·4+. Berdasarkan masalah di atas maka penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui model interaksi makrofag, sitokin, limfosit T dengan Mtb. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kepustakaan dengan menampilkan argumentasi penalaran keilmuan yang memaparkan hasil kajian literatur dan hasil olah pikir peneliti mengenai permasalahan model interaksi makrofag, sitokin, limfosit T dengan Mtb dan pengaruh sel T š¶š·4+ terhadap infeksi Mtb. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa jumlah makrofag, sitokin, limfosit T dan bakteri lebih banyak dimiliki di usia tua dan peningkatan jumlah sel T š¶š·4+ di usia tua mempengaruhi populasi bakteri.Kata Kunci: pemodelan matematika, sistem imun tubuh, bakteri Tuberkolosis, pengaruh usia.
Main component analysis can be used to facilitate agencies in making decisions in improving the services to be provided because with the main component analysis it can focus on only a few main components of the many variables that affect the level of public image. The research approach used is a quantitative approach with a descriptive method. This research was conducted at the Architecture Study Program at the University of Surakarta (UNSA), with primary data as a source of data which was conducted by distributing questionnaires to applicants in the Architecture Studies program at the University of Surakarta which contained 6 questions representing 6 specific variables. The data obtained from this study were analyzed using the principal component analysis method. With the principal component analysis method, two main components are formed, namely the first main component, the variable coefficient of X1 (relatively cheap tuition fees), X2 (There are afternoon classes or employee classes), X3 (Lecturers who are competent in their fields), X4 (Accreditation). ) respectively are 0.499, 0.456, 0.360 and 0.473 with variable scores/values X1, X2, X3, X4 are 0.702, 0.641, 0.506 and 0.665. These four variables are included in the internal components that form the image of the Surakarta University Architecture Study Program. The second main component, the coefficients of the variables X5 (complete supporting facilities) and X6 (strategic campus location) are -0.489 and 0.659 respectively and scores are -0.571 and 0.768, these two variables are included in the external components of the program image. The total diversity of image-forming of the Surakarta University Architecture Study Program on the internal component is 32.98% and the external component is 22.62%, so it is known that the internal component is the mostĀ dominant component and has more influence on the image-forming of the Surakarta University Architecture Study Program than the external component
The problemĀ The with development projects is to determine the project schedule so that it can be completed in an optimal (minimum) time. Scheduling with Network, among others, uses the CPM (Critical Path Method). The network diagram representation of the method is in the form of a directed graph (digraph) which is presented in two models, namely AOA (Activity On Arc) and AON (Activity On Node. Activities in the AON model are placed on nodes. This study aims to determine the application of network analysis using the CPM method. The AON model on the scheduling of the library development project at UIN Malang The methods used are forward pass, backward pass, and total slack so that it can be known the fastest or late time an activity can be started or ended and the amount the allowable delay time for an activity and its critical activities.Previous research only used the PERT (Program Evaluation and Review Technique) method and the Gantt Chart method, so in this study the author will use another method, namely the CPM Model AON method. pen time the construction project schedule is 293 days starting from 01-07-2022 to 27-05-2023. From the results of the analysis using the CPM method, it was obtained that from 298 project preparation activities, 17 activities were critical activities so that their implementation could not be delayed because it would result in a delay in project completion time.
Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah memberikan edukasi kepada mahasiswa tentang artikel ilmiah dan teknik menyusunĀ artikel ilmiah, jurnal nasional danĀ jurnal nasional terakreditasi, memberikan tips dan trik dalam menembus publikasi jurnal nasional terakreditasi SINTA, meningkatkan kemampuan mahasiswa dalam menyusun dan mempublikasikanĀ karya tulis ilmiah di jurnal nasional terakreditasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode ceramah, dimana materi yang disampaikan adalah penjelasan tentang karya ilmiah, teknik penulisan karya ilmiah, jurnal ilmiah dan publikasi pada jurnal nasional terakreditasi SINTA, diskusi, dimana peserta diberi kesempatan untukĀ berdiskusi tentang materi yang disampaikan, tugas menyusun karya tulis ilmiah dengan dilakukan pendampingan khusus, monitoring dan evaluasi dari kegiatan tersebut yang dilakukan secara berkala. Hasil yang diperoleh dari kegiatan ini adalah meningkatnya pengetahuan mahasiswa dalam hal artikel ilmiah, sistematika penulisan artikel ilmiah, dan prosedur publikasi ilmiah pada jurnal nasional terakreditasi SINTA yang dibuktikan dari hasil nilai postest, meningkatnya kualitas artikel ilmiah yang dihasilkan mahasiswa, dimana setelah diadakan program pengabdian ini mahasiswa mampu menulis artikel ilmiah dengan bimbingan dari tim, meningkatnya kuantitas artikel ilmiah yang dihasilkan mahasiswa, dimana sudah ada Ā 20 artikel mahasiswa yang sudah masuk ke tim pengabdi untuk direview dan selanjutnya diberi rekomendasi untuk dipublikasikan ke salah satu artikel ilmiah. Simpulan utama dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah kegiatan ini bisa memberikan manfaat yang besar bagi mahasiswa yakni dengan memberikan edukasi tentang artikel ilmiah dan teknik menyusun artikel ilmiah, prosedur publikasi pada jurnal nasionalĀ terakreditasi SINTA serta memotivasi Ā untuk menulis artikel ilmiah dan publikasi di jurnal nasional terakreditasi SINTA.Kata Kunci: Artikel Ilmiah, Publikasi Ilmiah, Akreditasi Jurnal Nasional
