Abstract-This paper first carried on the analysis to the relations between the environment and enterprise knowledge management, and then carried another analysis to the dynamic and complex trend in environment development. According to the dynamic and complex environment, we build a knowledge management model for sustainable competitive advantage. Based on this, we put forward some suggestions from knowledge integration and knowledge application for enterprise knowledge management in dynamic and complex environment.
Prevention of the Moral Risks of Management is not only the key factor of Modern Enterprise System, but also one important issue of Corporate Finance and Human Resources Management. In this paper, we will start from the PrincipalAgent Theory and Human Resources Management Theory, and we adopt Data Mining System to analyze 1276 listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen Stock Market, in order to explore the moral risks-preventing functions of combined -incentive mechanism applied to the management by companies in China's unique economic environment. So, we can provide important references for the owners of companies when they want to choose suitable incentive mechanism to reduce the moral risks of management.
Dividend policy, part of the core issues in corporate finance, has been subject to various aspects of close attention. However, there is no generally accepted reason for the chosen of dividend policy. Considering that western dividend theory is always related with capital structure, we analysis the impact of Chinese corporate capital structure on dividend policy using the data mining technique, and examine the applicability of relevant western dividend theory in China. With data mining technique, we disclosure the relationship between capital structure character portfolio and diverse dividend policy; provide reference for dividend policy chosen and investment optimization in China.
