Computers and network information technology are changing our production and lifestyles and at the same time profoundly affecting the development of education. Higher education informatization focuses on the integration of information technology and higher education. It is necessary to comprehensively deepen education reform and innovate teaching methods and promote the overall improvement of education. This article aims to explore the innovative path of teaching reform based on college football training based on the current situation of college football teaching. Using literature research and questionnaire surveys, physical education teaching focuses on the unification of theory and practice. Both are indispensable. Mixed teaching is more in line with the teaching laws of physical education disciplines. It inherits the advantages of e-learning (i.e., the Internet online learning mechanism). Free from the constraints of a single online learning mode, this article designs a football training reform and innovative teaching experiment, using smart sensor technology to detect the body posture control of students participating in football teaching and training, and using questionnaires to track the nutritional adjustment of the students participating in the experiment. Through the football training scores and physical fitness index data of students in the teaching experiment, the application effect of football teaching and training reform in this research is analyzed. Experiments show that with a 95% confidence level, the football teaching and training reform program of this research can improve the football training effect of students. Colleges and universities currently pay more attention to football catching and offensive practice, especially the offensive practice accounts for 68.2%. Therefore, it has important practical value and theoretical significance to study the mixed teaching effect of using MOOC resources in football teaching. The use of blended teaching can cultivate students’ autonomous learning ability, make students transform from passive learning to active learning, stimulate students’ learning motivation, and enable students to have a strong interest in football.
Introduction The correct understanding and implementation of the tasks set by the coach for the player are achieved through a wide variety of training sessions. To date, the question of training effectiveness and the preparation of professional soccer players for matches has not been sufficiently studied. Objective Study the means and methods used in soccer training. By comparison, find out which method is most effective in achieving a positive result during the game and maintaining the players’ health. Methods The study used mathematical and physical methods and comparative analysis. In the study, the main training methods in a team were considered. A comparative analysis was made between two types of individual soccer players’ training to improve physical and technical parameters. Result We established which parameters influence the choice of the training scheme. The effectiveness of both training systems is proven by the statistical indicators of soccer players who train according to these methods. Conclusion The effectiveness of the training methodology chosen by a soccer player depends on his initial physical abilities and professional skills. The study’s practical significance is determined by the fact that the proposed methods can be used in training professional athletes. Evidence level II; Therapeutic studies - outcomes research.
Introduction Gymnastics sports require athletes to have exceptional physical fitness. Distinct specific training methods, when mastered, can elevate the functional capacity and athletic abilities of professionals. In this way, athletes can better perform their abilities in competition. Objective Analyze the physical training methods of gymnasts. In parallel, this paper analyzes the impact of functional training methods on gymnasts’ physical fitness and competition performance. Methods This paper selects several gymnasts as research objects. The gymnasts were randomly divided into two groups (experimental and control groups). The experimental group used functional training. The control group used traditional training methods. This paper tests and records the athletes’ fitness before and after training. The mathematical statistics method allows the collected data to be analyzed and discussed. Results There was a big difference in the fitness index between the experimental and control groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Functional training helps to improve the physical performance of gymnasts. Functional training programs can effectively enhance the response of the phasic muscles, positively influencing motor agility. Level of evidence II; Therapeutic studies - investigation of treatment outcomes.
With the continuous development of information technology and communication technology, the introduction of computers into everyday work has brought a lot of unexpected convenience to the work. Many units and enterprises have started to develop software suitable for them, and there is a strong demand from sports units and institutions at all levels to combine computer technology and sports. The current manual management of school materials is inefficient and errorprone, and it is essential to develop a materials management system. With the common use of computers and the rapid progress of network communication technology, the use of computers to manage information has become a trend in social development. In order to solve the many problems that exist in the management of materials in sports schools and to improve office efficiency, it is important to develop a material management system that can manage school materials, including the lending of items, the number of items lent, who lent them, when they were lent and the return of the items lent.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
