O artigo tem como objetivo central discutir a ressignificação do lugar e do não-lugar no contexto da pandemia da COVID-19 nos espaços urbanos brasileiros. A pergunta norteadora é: como pensar a ressignificação dos lugares e não-lugares durante a pandemia do novo coronavírus no Brasil? A hipótese direciona para a concepção de que o lugar antropológico e o não-lugar são estabelecidos por uma relação de alteridade, onde precisamos nos colocar no lugar do outro. O método de pesquisa utilizado é exploratório e qualitativo, no sentido que se buscou explorar conceitos formulados por Marc Augé e posteriormente aplicá-los de forma qualitativa no artigo. Como se aplicaram conceitos sobre o lugar e o não-lugar, considera-se que essas formulações são importantes para a análise do momento histórico da pandemia no Brasil. O artigo mescla a abordagem analítica e hermenêutica. Percebe-se que todo trabalho de investigação de contextos empíricos necessita de formulações teóricas e metodológicas para desvendar os reais significados do período da pandemia. O artigo está divido em duas sessões, que são complementares e interligadas no objeto de pesquisa.
O tema central que se delimita a este artigo é inter-relações entre laicidade, direitos reprodutivos e processos de emancipação de mulheres. Tem-se como objetivo geral investigar a seguinte questão de pesquisa: como conceber, numa perspectiva laico-republicana, processos de emancipação de mulheres no que tange aos direitos reprodutivos? Desenvolve-se a pesquisa dentro de uma abordagem epistêmica e metodológica complexo-paradoxal, a fim de demonstrar a complexidade dos processos de emancipação feminina em perspectiva laico-republicana e inter-relações entre laicidade e direitos reprodutivos para a afirmação de processos de emancipação de mulheres. Conclui-se no sentido de um fugar das verdades objetivas para pensar processos de emancipação feminina a partir da teoria da complexidade e pensamento não-totalizante, isto é, o Outro como abertura e pluralidade.
No presente estudo, através da imaginação literária, convida-se o leitor a um pensar complexo no Direito. Assim, gênero em um viés simplista/dicotômico deriva da poda de um desejo, de um devir castrado por uma ideologia cartesiana, de uma racionalidade centrada, logocêntrica. A castração como personificação das podas das subjetividades, plenifica o indivíduo a partir de suas certezas. A visão de gênero como vir a ser abre a perspectiva do vazio, do abrir-se a novas perspectivas do vir a ser complexo e paradoxal. Desse modo, a partir de uma abordagem complexo-paradoxal se problematiza as ambiguidades que são inerentes ao ser. Em outras palavras, como vamos falar sobre democracia se a linguagem castra seu devir ambivalente? Esta questão apresenta-se central na imaginação literária ao se pensar o Direito numa lógica surrealista na perspectiva de Luis Alberto Warat.
O presente artigo pretende analisar aspectos conceituais e doutrinários referentes ao direito à moradia e à inclusão social, fazendo referência aos aspectos positivos e negativos do programa habitacional brasileiro “Minha Casa Minha Vida” (PMCMV). A pesquisa dá ênfase ao PMCMV, momento em que é analisada a legislação que cria e institui o Programa em suas duas versões existentes até este momento. Destaca-se, ainda, os reflexos que o programa causou ao proporcionar o acesso do indivíduo a sua moradia e a consequente inclusão social.
Neste artigo, a construção de identidades e a teologia feminista como integrante de uma revolução cultural, especificamente na defesa de direitos reprodutivos e sexuais, é o tema central. Ao longo da história, as relações de gênero foram sendo moldadas para servir aos interesses do patriarcado, configurando-se como construções culturais de identidades, envolvendo relações de poder, o que resultou na opressão e submissão das mulheres e na naturalização destas relações. A teologia feminista surge como um movimento de revolução cultural, pois, dentro de instituições religiosas, locais que costumam ser propulsores do patriarcado, buscam romper com estereótipos de gênero e lutam por direitos e espaços femininos. Neste contexto, a discussão acerca da interrupção voluntária de gravidez, em um estado formalmente laico, como no Brasil, não necessariamente deveria perpassar pela visão religiosa da temática. Entretanto, sabendo da relevância cultural, jurídica e legislativa que a visão religiosa pode exercer sobre temas de sexualidade, a teologia feminista vem para contribuir com o debate, porque respeita o lugar feminino de mulheres que fazem parte de organizações religiosas e lhe dá voz para fazer uma leitura teológico-religiosa e feminina sobre o aborto. Utiliza-se o modo de raciocínio dedutivo e o método de abordagem sócio-histórico-analítico, para, através da teologia feminista, traçar discussões e possibilidades de entendimento da referida temática.
