Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kesejahteraan migran berdasarkan Status Migrasi dan karakterikstik demografi, yaitu : (1) Jenis Kelamin; (2) Status Kawin; serta (3) Umur. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif, dengan mengolah data sekunder cross section hasil Survey Sosial dan Ekonomi Nasional (SUSENAS) tahun 2018. Tingkat kesejahteraan migran dikelompokkan menjadi : (1) Sangat Tidak Sejahtera; (2) Tidak Sejahtera; (3) Cukup Sejahtera; (4) Sejahtera; dan (5) Sangat Sejahtera. Kategori status migrasi adalah migrasi risen dan non migran risen, jenis kelamin ,status kawin dan umur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kelompok migran berada pada 2 (dua) titik esktrim, yaitu Sangat Tidak Sejahtera dan Sangat Sejahtera, sedangkan kelompok non migran berada pada kondisi Tidak Sejahtera hingga Sejahtera. Pekerja migran laki-laki berada pada kondisi Sangat Tidak Sejahtera hingga Tidak Sejahtera, sedangkan perempuan pada posisi Sejahtera hingga Sangat Sejahtera. Berdasarkan status kawin, pada kelompok Lainnya, berada pada kondisi Tidak Sejahtera, Sejahtera hingga Sangat Sejahtera, sedangkan pada kelompok kawin berada pada Sangat Tidak Sejahtera. Migran dengan umur 0 sd 14 tahun berada pada kondisi Sangat Tidak Sejahtera dan Tidak Sejahtera, sedangkan umur 65 tahun ke atas berada pada kondisi Sejahtera hingga Sangat Sejahtera.
This study is to aiming the economic resilience of street vendor or Pedagang Kaki Lima (PKL) during the Covid-19 pandemic condition at DKI Jakarta. Economic resilence is one of the important aspects for actualizing economic resilience. PKL that has resilience can drive the national’s economy through informal sector, otherwise if it happening, it will become the burden of the city itself. The fragility of national security will threathen citizen’s safety and convenience. This study is using quantitative approach with the primer data from 1420 respondents PKL of study masterplan PKL DKI Jakarta in 2021. PKL is scattered in five areas in DKI Jakarta, most of the respondent is migrant or immigrants who have been living in DKI Jakarta for a long time. Result of this study is showing that social capital helps street vendors to survive, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic in obtaining loans without access to formal financial institutions. Social capital among street vendors saves them from falling into the trap hole, threatened with being homeless and beggars. They help each other among street vendors in terms of finance used for daily household needs as well as for trading capital. Social capital in the form of sense of community and solidarity as well as mutual as a basis have trustamong street vendors have become a factor for their economic resilience household, especially in these difficult times.
